A i když nic nakonec nepotvrdíte, pošlou vám zálohovou fakturu a předstírají, že jste si službu objednali. Využívají například tyto taktiky: - předstírají, že již službu máte - zmiňují nějaké aktualizace zdarma (kouzelné slovíčko "zdarma" funguje i zde) - zmiňují vaše jméno, majitele firmy, kolegy, IČ atp. (aby vše vypadalo seriózně) - po pár dnech přijde ZÁLOHOVÁ faktura (pokud neposkytnou plnění, zálohovou fakturu není nutno hradit) - nezaplatíte-li nabízí slevu, kterou prý projednali s vedením a snaží se navodit vstřícnost >>> Pokud požadují uhrazení faktury, vždy požadujte kopii tel. nahrávky ve které jste měli domnělou objednávku potvrdit. Nemají-li ji a nepošlou-li ji, není nutné ze zákona nic hradit. Pokud vás kontaktovali, doporučuji se obrátit na dTest nebo ČOI. ATTENTION!
