★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na začátku probíhalo vše v pohodě (ústní domluva na místě) poté spousta řečí a teď už ani nezvedají telefon. Jen pro pořádek chci 2ou tunu z tuplovanýma Alu bočnicema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U prodejce jsem koupil druhý přívěs, po roce odešla hydraulika, prodejce převzal přívěs do reklamace aby po měsíci poslal vyjádření k zamítnutí reklamace s vyjádřením že na přívěsu neprobíhala údržba což poznal podle znečištění. V "návodu k obsluze" který fyzicky nedostanete a ani se záručním listem nepočítejte, není jakákoliv zmínka o údržbě elektomagnetického ventilu který je součásti hydrauliky.
Prodejce má nastavené "záruční prohlídky" tak nesmyslně časté, že nikdy nikdo je nebude vykonávat, nicméně mu to dovoluje zamítnout jakoukoliv reklamaci.
Celkový přístup a komunikace možná s prodejcem až přes advokáta
Před tímto prodejcem velký pozor!
I bought a second trailer from the seller, after a year the hydraulics left, the seller took over the trailer in a complaint so that after a month he sent a statement rejecting the complaint stating that the trailer was not undergoing maintenance, which he recognized by the pollution. There is no mention of the maintenance of the solenoid valve that is part of the hydraulics in the "operating instructions", which you will not receive physically and do not even count on the warranty card.
The seller has set up "warranty inspections" so unreasonably frequent that no one will ever perform them, but this allows him to reject any claim.
