★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dohodu o vzniku euroregionu v roce 1997 podepsali zástupci polského sdružení pro rozvoj obcí povodí Osoblahy a turistický svaz a sdružení měst a obcí okresu Bruntál a Jeseník. Na české straně se začlenilo 60 obcí, jejichž sídlem je Vrbno pod Pradědem.
 The agreement on the establishment of the Euroregion was signed in 1997 by representatives of the Polish Association for the Development of Municipalities in the Osoblahy River Basin and the Tourist Association and the Association of Towns and Municipalities of the Bruntál and Jeseník Districts. On the Czech side, 60 municipalities, based in Vrbno pod Pradědem, have joined.
