The year of everyday wear began to show a lot on the glasses, her work includes being outside almost every day, especially in summer, ie facing the sun, and thus the sun's rays fall logically on the glasses, and this causes human sweat. The optician was warned about this before she had her glasses made, that she was outdoors almost 365 a year. Since it was not a cheap affair, it seemed to my mother that the glasses would not last for that price and decided to make a complaint, the warranty period was 2 years. The glasses were damaged in their entirety, the paws on their legs were melted and peeled from being put on behind their ears. The "metallic" shiny part was as corroded. She decided to advertise her glasses. She took the appropriate papers with her, and the lady had already warned her before they sent her a complaint that she had an aggressive sweat. When she came for the claimed glasses, the complaint was rejected due to aggressive sweat. What is the word aggressive? A pot? The main component of sweat is always water and can it be aggressive? Funny. Disgusted, she left the store and I already know that I will never convince her to try elsewhere. Of course, she had to go make other glasses in a place where she was always very happy. She showed the glasses that did not complain about it to the gentleman, to whom she liked to return, and who, in the eyes of an expert not a saleswoman like the lady in the previous store, said: "the paws on legs would be replaced with new ones and cost about 16 CZK (and said there is nothing to do and everything has been brought down to aggressive sweat, obviously the company does not want to make a good name) and the rest is a defect of the surface treatment, and not aggressive sweat, which has no effect on it, glasses are made to serve and be functional.
