★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S pani jednatelkou jsem mela rozjednany nakup bytu v Petrohradske ulici a podepsanou rezervacni smlouvu. Dva mesice jsem planovala rekonstrukci, vyrizovala hypoteku, jezdila tam a zpet Brno - Praha, pritel odrekl stavebni zakazky na dva mesice, abychom meli prostor na rekonstrukci atd... aby mi pani Eva den pred podpisem hypoteky zavolala, ze mi byt neproda.
V rezervacni smlouve byla pochopitelne sankce pouze pro me v pripade zruseni - budiz vam to odstrasujicim pripadem, ja to naivne podepsala ve vire v lidskou slusnost.
Cili po dvou mesicich prace, vydaju, stresu a planovani vse vnivec. Nehlede na to, ze urok hypotek stoupl od te doby jedno o procento. Dovedete si asi predstavit, jaku mam financni ztratu.
Dejte si pozor, s kym jednate a jake jsou podminky rezervace/koupe.
