UPDATE: Po pár hodinách osobně volal jednatel s omluvou a zajistil nápravu situace
 They are happy to install air conditioning, but they will not do post-warranty service "for capacity reasons". What kind of deal is this ???
UPDATE: After a few hours, the managing director called in person with an apology and ensured that the situation was rectified
