Hned jsme věděli, že je to správné řešení, navíc skvěle zasazené přímo do Outlooku. Využíváme většinu modulů, zkoušíme i marketingové kampaně. Navíc jsme si všechny naše systémy propojili s eWayí přes eWay-CRM API. Máme i vlastní generátor licence přímo v eWayi! Na systému nejvíce oceňujeme jeho přímou implementaci v Outlook, díky čemuž není nutné pracovat s dalším dodatečným nástrojem. V celém týmu eWay se navíc vždy setkáváme s profesionalitou a především je vždy vidět, že jako firma i její produkt se chtějí stále posouvat kupředu. Za nás můžeme jen doporučit. We have been using the eWay system in the company for several years, basically in its entirety, ie from the management of business opportunities to the management of individual projects / orders. We appreciate the direct implementation of the system in Outlook, thanks to which it is not necessary to work with another additional tool. In addition, we always encounter professionalism throughout the eWay team and, above all, it is always clear that as a company and its product, they always want to move forward. We can only recommend for us.
R	Radka Martínková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem takový ten "náročný zákazník, který firmu posouvá", takže se s týmem eWay znám opravdu důvěrně :-D Na tenhle skvělý jednoduchý CRM systém, za jehož hlavní výhodu považuji integraci do MS Outlook, si totiž neustále vymýšlím nová uplatnění. Skvělé je, že do určité části si je dokážu udělat i sama. Tým eWay pak prosím o podporu s doprogramováním automatizací, vytvoření provázání mezi poli apod. Jsou velmi vstřícní, i když chci od systému věci, které vůbec nebyly plánovány. eWay rozhodně doporučuji. Moc vám pomůže jak v malé firmě, která potřebuje postavit základní CRM, tak v organizaci, která už potřebuje pracovat s daty o zákaznících, zakázkách a projektech mnohem komplexněji. I am such a "demanding customer who moves the company", so I know the eWay team really intimately :-D For this great simple CRM system, whose main advantage I consider the integration into MS Outlook, I am constantly coming up with new applications. The great thing is that I can do them myself in a certain part. The eWay team then asks for support with programming automation, creating links between fields, etc. They are very helpful, even if I want things from the system that were not planned at all. I definitely recommend eWay. It will help you both in a small company that needs to build basic CRM and in an organization that already needs to work with data about customers, orders and projects much more comprehensively.
