Excellent restaurace - Masarykovo nám. 9

Mohu jen doporučit,výborné jídlo,poctive porce,ceny přijatelné a dobrá obsluha.Urcite se vrátíme,mohu jen doporučit ....A to jsme zde byli ve státní svatek....

Pekny prostor, ochotna a rychla obsluha. Vyborne jidlo - uz jen vyvar byl nebyvale silny (to se ceni) a plny chuti, tatarak skvele vychuceny a topinky na sucho, tiramisu prijemne kremove az nadychane, Prijemny zazitek, radi doporucujeme.

I always enjoy discovering great places where you barely expect one... and this place is definitely one of them - great food, decent selection of wine and amazing staff. You can’t go wrong!

I have had several times coffee in this restaurant and so far all good... Nespresso is served here and so I can't say anything but What else? ;-)

Seeing as it was the only restaurant that cooked until 9.30 pm, we decided to go there after a nice relaxing evening at the spa of a hotel nearby. That's why this restaurant got two stars, for being open. I called before we arrived to say we were going to get there just before the kitchen closed. The options on the menu looked fancy, but we wanted something simple. I was informed on the phone, though, that they serve the food as is on the menu, no changes. As I said, it was our only option and we had a hungry child along, so we decided to give it a try. The fact that the food was overpriced wasn't great, either. When we arrived, we were informed that the kitchen was closed. After mildly protesting (the kitchen was supposed to be open for another 15 minutes and I had called before), they said we could eat if we chose quickly. We were acquainted with the menu, so should they be at least a little flexible, we would be able to order quite quickly. I asked for some kind of pasta al aglio e olio without pepperoni and they agreed, another one of those without anything green in top of it. After I repeated my specific request, the waitress, slightly annoyed, told me she had perfectly understood. Ok, I said. I was planning on asking for my son's pasta (and the only children's food on the menu) to come without tomato sauce, but, frankly, I was scared to do so as I had already had a couple of requests and was specifically told on the phone that they don't change anything. In addition, we did ask on the phone about the filling of the ravioli and it wasn't compatible with us (ricotta and spinach). When we asked again on site, we were told the filling was not that informed over the phone, but just cheese. We ordered those, then. Well, the do-not-add-anything-green-to-it aglio e olio was covered in green, mine (as requested as normal minus the pepperoni) came with a very big portion of something like bamboo shoots, only very thin, a hair-like thing. No problem there, it didn't taste great, but was easily removed, but I think they forgot to add salt (and I'm not one to complain about salt). I didn't like my dish nor did the other person who got a very green pasta on spite of being assured they had understood. The ravioli were of course those filled with ricotta and spinach, not cheese, served with no further explanation, so no taste explosion there, either. It was tasty for me, as I tried one, but it wasn't what was ordered. My son did not eat his food, my dish became edible after adding a lot of salt, the other aglio e olio wasn't eaten and the overall experience not satisfying.

We really enjoyed our meal at Excellent! Staff seemed to be rather surprised to have non-Czech speakers at the local restaurant but they did their best. Very reasonably priced and good food
