★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesné jednání. Jednoznačně propadák a palec dolu. Nedoporučuji !!!!
Chtěl jsem vyměnit 24000 rublů. Na světelném kurzovním lístku hned vedle pokladny uvnitř svítí kurz 35 Kč za 100 rublů. Předám paní peníze. Paní zvedne telefon, někam zavolá, pak se na tabuli změní kurz na 32 Kč za 100 rublů. Paní bez jakékoli zmínky o změně kurzu nebo vysvětlení mi předá pokladní doklad se slovy "tady mi to podepište". Takže místo 8 400 Kč jsem měl mlčky podepsat, ze souhlasím, že dostanu 7 680 Kč neboli o 720 Kč méně. Jen tak z fleku bez jediného slova.
Když jsem se vůči takovému jednání slušně ohradil, paní byla arogantní a vůbec ji nenapadlo, že pochybila. Naznal jsem, že jakákoli další slova jsou zbytečná a s rubly odešel.
 Terrible behavior. Definitely a flop and a thumb down. I do not recommend !!!!
I wanted to exchange 24,000 rubles. On the illuminated exchange rate list next to the cash register inside, the exchange rate of CZK 35 for 100 rubles shines. I'll give the money to the lady. The lady picks up the phone, calls somewhere, then the exchange rate on the board changes to 32 CZK for 100 rubles. The lady will give me a cash receipt with the words "sign here for me" without any mention of a change of course or an explanation. So instead of CZK 8,400, I should have silently signed that I agree to receive CZK 7,680, or CZK 720 less. Just from a stain without a word.
When I politely objected to such conduct, the lady was arrogant and never thought she had made a mistake. I realized that any further words are useless and left with the rubles.
