Exekutor v mém případu řádně a neprofesionálně konal, například obeznámil dlužníka o obstavení bankovních účtů ještě před tím, než bankovní ústavy skutečně provedly blokaci účtů a tak si dlužník vybral všechny finanční prostředky před zablokováním bankovních účtů. Dále exekutor naprosto amatérsky a nečinně jednal a mobiliární exekuci v trvalém bydlišti dlužníka "provedl" tak, že když se nedozvonil na dlužníka, tak mu pouze zavolal mobilním telefonem, aby se od dlužníka účelově dozvěděl, že na trvalé adrese jakože nebydlí a to exekutorovi stačilo k tomu, aby řádně neprovedl mobiliární exekuci a dlužník následně na to odvezl svůj majetek z trvalého bydliště. Při tomto telefonátu navíc vykonavatel mobiliární exekuce dlužníkovi o věřiteli sděloval nepravdivé a zavádějící informace. Po tomto všem už nebudu ani rozvádět, že tento exekutorský úřad neodpovídal na mé podněty a stížnosti na vedení exekuce jakožto věřitele... Zkrátka všichni věřitelé pokud se chcete domoci svých práv, tak tento exekutorský úřad vám v tom dle mé zkušenosti zcela jistě nepomůže ba právně naopak.
