I, too, became a victim of my juvenile indiscretion and suffered a black public transport ride. The problem occurred when the bank blocked my entire account and not just the amount owed. When I called the office, the lady (apparently older, sweet ...) apologized to me that they had issued several execution orders by mistake. Well, it probably happens ... At that moment I couldn't reproach her for a lot of things, because I myself can put ashes on my head…. I should have been waiting for a letter telling me the amount and account where I should pay everything. I waited for the postman for a week and was twice alone at the post office to get it over and the account was active again. Nothing. The Czech Post has not worked recently, so I understand that it is not the fault of this office, that I have received only part of the documentation. BUT when I called there I was told that I just had to wait for the letter. So I called again in an hour. There must be a solution, right? I do not scream, I know that you will go the best with decency, and in this case I made a mistake, but I came across. And hard. The lady was so uncomfortable that I had never seen it before. She kept emphasizing somewhere in the distance that she would no longer talk to this debtor. When I asked for her name, she immediately ended the call. Okay, I tried to find out in the letters which enforcement order was the active one and which was the wrong one, but I wasn't sure. I called the office again. Mrs. or Miss Andrea told me that I owe nothing. That it's all canceled. It didn't seem to me, but she was nice. She laughed on the phone. Okay, fine. But it didn't give me that and I called again, I'm not completely stupid. The documents just didn't fit again ... I was lucky again for that arrogant lady, during the phone call she told me that I was bothering her again that if I wasn't able to find a variable symbol on the challenge, I should wait for the next documentation. When I asked why the documentation had not yet been delivered when it was due to be sent 7 days ago, she said she did not know and "What do you want from me? To get your letter to Klatovy somewhere in the post office?" I have an application on my phone that makes my phone a voice recorder. I was recording this call, it seemed so absurd that I couldn't believe it. After all, I wanted to know the VS under which I should send the amount. But the lady was still doing her best; She rippled in her pathetic monologue and laughed in the headset at how stupid I was. She continually mentioned that I was a debtor, that I was unable to pay a fine ... I am aware of my mistakes, I pay for it. I just want to know the right VS. Nothing more, nothing less. Since I received two enforcement orders, I was confused. So which is the one I have to pay and the one that was issued in error ?! Now that I listen to the recording, I feel really sad. Not so much from the way that lady treated me, I get out of it, but how she treats other people who ask for advice. How he delights in their humiliation. As Miss Andrea subsequently denied everything and swore she had told me otherwise. How I realized when listening to the recording she laughed at me on that phone. As these drunken ladies dance with the misconception of power, they dance over the misfortune of the people who are collapsing the world. I will take the recording to work on Monday and see how we handle it. But please don't go black, so you don't get in touch with these ladies. Make sure to record your calls

I also want to share that the experience of what happened to me yesterday or 6.1.2022. They blocked my bank account for CZK 11,000. I drove here and didn't pay the damage.
