Executor Vyžral and his co-workers are a clear example of why executors are perceived as spineless hyenas. I am justified in the distraint, but I am disgusted at the distraint office as if I owed. When deciding which executor to pass a luxury earnings, Mr. Vyžral is the best seller - willing to answer all questions and email, tells you what is needed, etc. - he would just slice up to show himself in the best light and "contract" won. When he has you in his pocket, everything is completely different. Of course there is dealing with his "hops" who are uninformed, incompetent and, worst of all, have no decent manners. Mr. Vyžral irritatedly responds to questions by email because he has no time for you and does not want to deal with you crap (eg if you want to know if the debtor repays the principal first and then interest, if the executor deducts his usury before recovering the whole amounts owed, etc.). Mr. bailiff and his bunch is another reason why it looks the way it looks in the Czech Republic. He has a certain profit and the others are just annoying scratches. He is a gentleman, and thanks to incompetent lawmakers he is the only lever on the debtor. Perhaps I will not have to deal with a similar matter in the future, and if so, even if Mr. Eat was the only one in South Bohemia, I would rather commute over half the republic.
