If there is a problem during the trip from Exim Tours, my experience with their delegates is such that they do not try to solve the problem, but it is nothing compared to the experience of this year's holiday in Egypt, specifically at the Club Calimera Habiba Beach (see reviews to this hotel). I filed a complaint about the trip, because the description of the hotel and the photos on the Exim Tours website do not correspond to reality. Their statement on the complaint was that everything in the hotel is fine and that the hotel has its own internal guidelines for anything, including cleaning, food, all equipment and the like (unreal dirt everywhere, spoiled water in the pools, dirt in the rooms, unfulfilled basic hygienic conditions, sea unsuitable for swimming (water up to the ankles at a distance of about 800 m) I doubt that someone from them would drink from a sealed glass with lip prints from someone else, eat with sealed cutlery on which there are leftover food from a previous user and the like Nevertheless, they dared to write that it is a non-European country and the standard is so lower (I was in Egypt 10 times, I know what is the standard and what is not !!! And this is not the standard, it is humus and fraud by Exim Tours Another thing is unfair conduct from Exim, when we had to sign something about pressure to another hotel under pressure, where, among other things, we waived the right to file a complaint and compensation for damages (ie according to them) - a lawyer told me he said he didn't have it at all no legal weight and it does not deprive me of the right to make a claim and compensation. Exim Tours refers in the decision on the complaint to the fact that I signed it and I am not entitled to complain about anything. I will never go anywhere from Exim, I would rather pay a little extra and go from another company that solves the problems and cares about its customers. I recommend the same to others.

I traveled with Exim many times. I was always satisfied. Now they returned the vouchers, because even this year 2021 does not look good. They returned to the last crown. Thanks, it was and is a really good trip. And I hope it survives !!!
