★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprofesionalni pristup,napred nas nalakali na akci koupe granuli 4+1zdarma a kdyz melo prijit k tomu zdarma tak rekli bohuzel stala se chyba,to neplati?,to vse bez nejakeho slusneho jednani,ci omluvy,no preji hodne obchodnich uspechu s timhle pristupem k zakaznikovi,my uz tam nekoupime ani kustku
Very unprofessional approach, in front of us nalakali buying action granule 4 + 1free and when it was to come to it for free said unfortunately it was a mistake, it does not pay, all without some kind of negotiation or apologies, but wish a lot of business success with this approach to the customer, we will not buy a piece there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní prodavačka při vstupu ani ,,Bú,, při odchodu už vůbec. Neměla na sobě roušku, i když by ji mít měla. Vedle ní za pultem druhá paní, nejspíš tam měly telefon nebo notebook a s někým si volaly a strašně se bavily. Poprosila jsem o granule pro zakrsleho králíka, paní mi hodila na pult odměrku, a že si to mám nabrat sama. Vypadalo, že ji strašně obtěžuji. Toto se mi už stalo podruhé u téhle prodavačky. Granule jsem si teda nabrala sama, špinavé rukávy od zaprášeného pytle... Šílený přístup, od čeho tam potom ta prodavačka je? Jiné paní prodavačky jsou moc ochotné, ale toto je katastrofa!! Prodejnu jsem navštívila 23.7. 2020.
Mrs. saleswoman at the entrance or "Bu" at the exit at all. She wasn't wearing a veil, though she should. Next to her behind the counter was another lady, probably with a phone or laptop there, and they called and had a lot of fun. I asked for granules for a dwarf rabbit, the lady threw a measuring cup at my counter, and that I should take it myself. I seemed to bother her terribly. This happened to me for the second time at this saleswoman. So I picked up the granules myself, dirty sleeves from a dusty bag ... Crazy approach, then what's the saleswoman there from? The other saleswomen are very helpful, but this is a disaster !! I visited the store on July 23rd. 2020.
