And when I told them about my experience with their company and asked if only I had these problems, they told me it ended there. Last year they wanted to come on 20.1. to the inventories, so I wanted to postpone it and they told me to call back until August, otherwise they will apply a contractual penalty. I called earlier to make an appointment, but the arrogant conversation convinced me that I had to end everything with this company. I resigned and wanted the missing training in the fall. I was instructed that according to the contract I can give notice only fourteen days before the original signing of the contract, otherwise it is invalid. They did not call in the autumn, so I resigned according to the contract asking if it would be a lack of training, but I was referred to the accounting and legal department. I really do NOT recommend working with this company. Employee health and safety training and annual inspection only formal. Payment is in cash (who pays cash today?). They explain the terms of the contract in their own way, they require payment before the services are performed. The company forced me to buy the guidelines for a very high amount, but the guidelines were only general, copied, the same for all organizations. The price of one directive is about CZK 2,500 - outrageous. Avoid this company by arc.
