Mechanikovi i borcovi u pokladny sem položil otázku proč je přední brzda vedená vnitřní nebo vnější stranou pravé nohy vidlice, odpovědi byly úsměvné. Když sem dal na servis vidlici se slovy, že dva roky neměla servis ať tam vymění vše co je potřeba tak vyměnili jenom stírací a mazací kroužky(asi 4 díly), přitom doporučený servisní balíček po jednom roce má asi 20 dílů Staff communicative and "helpful". Ten obchod by měli zavřít a specialized dat jinam do prodejny kde jsou ochotni a nebudou k...t jméno firmy..
