Rolety již delší dobu velmi dobře a bez závad plní svou funkci. Doporučuji. Excellent cooperation with company employees. Huge selection of pleated blinds, quality workmanship and installation. Everything went smoothly. The blinds have been performing their function very well for a long time and without defects. I recommend.
M	Mirek Bělunek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprosil jsem o pomoc , že sice nemám od této firmy žaluzií , ale mě žaluzie přestala fungovat a měl jsem podezření na motor. Asi po čtrnácti dnech firma přijela .Byli to dva technici , kteří vůbec nevěděli co mají dělat , bezradně volali vedoucímu a nakonec doslova a do písmene utekli. Žaluzií neopravili a už je to víc jak týden a nikdo se mi neozval. Musel jsem oslovit druhou firmu a ta věc vyřešila za 20 minut. Ti u nás byli dvě hodiny a nic. Nevím jestli jestli firma nemá na lepší odborníky a nebo jim to na přežití stačí. Závadu jsem popsal i typ motoru Somfy , ale nepřivezli nic čím by se závada dala aspoň provizorně opravit. Jiná firma měla u sebe vše a ještě mi dala na výběr možnosti a to lacinější až po tu nejdražší. Myslím že přijet na závadu jenom se základním vybavením je nedostatečné a proto nemohli ani na závadu přijít. Firma CLIMAX by se měla aspoň zamyslet komu propůjčuje jméno. I asked for help that I didn't have any blinds from this company, but the blinds stopped working and I suspected the engine. After about fourteen days, the company arrived. It was two technicians who did not know what to do, helplessly called the manager and finally literally and literally ran away. They didn't fix the blinds and it's been more than a week and no one has called me. I had to contact another company and it solved the matter in 20 minutes. They were with us for two hours and nothing. I don't know if the company has better experts or if it's enough for them to survive. I also described the defect in the type of Somfy engine, but they did not bring anything that could at least temporarily correct the defect. Another company had everything with it and even gave me a choice of cheaper to the most expensive. I think that coming to a defect only with basic equipment is insufficient and therefore they could not even come to a defect. CLIMAX should at least think about who it lends its name to.
