 I was there for vaccinations and a really nice young lady stabbed me. So not me, but she was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Každá fakulta Masarykovy univerzity má svou specifickou atmosféru a hlavně to platí pro ty, které nejsou součástí bohunického kampusu. Po rozsáhlých a citlivých stavebních úpravách vznikl v bloku sevřeném ulicemi Arna Nováka, Gorkého a Grohově komplex souznění architektury XIX., XX. a XXI. století se zdařile pojatým nádvořím. Sterilita nikdy nebyla Fildě vlastní a při výstavbě nových budov a rekonstrukci těch původních architekti a všichni na tom zúčastnění pochopili duši těch nejhumanitnějších věd, které klasickou univerzitu odlišují od jiných vysokých škol. A tak je zde prostor onoho filozofického světa, světa mísení věd o lidské duši, umění, jazycích, kulturách ... Ten krásný úleťákov vždycky zdejším studentům a kantorům závidím. Stačí jen nakouknout a chvíli pobýt a najedete hodně pozitivní energie. Jen starý Domeček mi chybí, byl to právě takový uleťácký pubík, kde každý hrnek, talíř či sklenička nebyly do páru a vždycky tam bylo plno.
Each faculty of Masaryk University has its own specific atmosphere, and this is especially true for those who are not part of the Bohunice campus. After extensive and sensitive building modifications, a complex of harmony of architecture XIX., XX. and XXI. century with a well-conceived courtyard. Sterility was never Filda's own, and in the construction of new buildings and the reconstruction of the original architects, everyone involved understood the soul of the most humane sciences that set the classical university apart from other universities. And so there is a space of that philosophical world, the world of mixing sciences about the human soul, art, languages, cultures ... I always envy the beautiful flight attendants for the local students and cantors. Just peek and stay for a while and you will find a lot of positive energy. I only miss the old Domeček, it was just such a flying pub, where every mug, plate or glass was not paired and it was always full.
