Beautiful surroundings, breakfast available. The apartment is big enough. Expect an older facility, a trip into the past but maintained.
T	Tereza Kastnerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokoje špinavé, prach a bordel na stole a parapetech, koberec nevysátý, do skříně jsme si věci radši nedávali. Každý večer jsme vyháněli pavouky z pokoje, povučin po pokoji bylo fakt požehnaně. Koupelna špinavá, smrad na pokoji i v penzionu, snídaně byla vyhovující, ale na to, že jsme měli objednanou i večeři a na místě nám řekli, že večeře nedělají, k tomu jsem se raději nevyjadřovala, zázemí pro děti bylo vyhovující. Dorazilo mě akorát, že majitel nevěděl kolik jsem platila zálohu a kolik mám ještě doplatit, žádný přehled o chodu penzionu a ubytovaných. Přes most jsme se báli jezdit, aby se pod náma nerozpadl, prkna po kterých se jezdilo byla v katastrofálním stavu. Za mě nikdy více. Rooms dirty, dust and mess on the table and windowsills, carpet not vacuumed, we didn't put things in the closet. Every night we drove the spiders out of the room, the noise around the room was really blessed. The bathroom was dirty, the stench in the room and in the pension, the breakfast was satisfactory, but the fact that we also ordered dinner and told us on the spot that they do not make dinner, I preferred not to comment, the facilities for children were satisfactory. It just arrived that the owner did not know how much I paid the deposit and how much I still have to pay, no overview of the operation of the pension and the accommodated. We were afraid to drive across the bridge so that it would not fall apart under us, the boards we were driving on were in a catastrophic condition. Never again for me.
a	ann kucera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vratili jsme se opet po letech s přáteli, skvele služby, přijemne ubytovani v nadhernem prostredi...vhodne pro vyjizdk, na kolech i pesi turistiku. We returned again after years with friends, great service, pleasant accommodation in a beautiful environment ... suitable for horseback riding, cycling and hiking.
p	petr vevoda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okolí je krásné, poloha samotného místa umožňuje cyklovýlety na všechny strany, Třeboň, Chlum, Jindřichův Hradec. Ubytování však bylo zklamáním. Zamluvené přes booking s tím, že na pokoji má být mikrovlnná trouba, nádobí.....kdepak. Čtyřlůžkový pokoj takto rozhodně vybaven není. Pokoj velmi strohý, na skříni ulámané úchyty, vypadená záda, koberce na pokoji i chodbách s nezaměnitelným odérem, ve sprchovém koutu plíseň. Matrace postelí dělené (3 na lůžko) už opravdu něco zažily. Jeden stolek, něco mezi nočním a konferenčním (jestli u něj chcete jíst či zahrát třeba karty, radši si sedněte na zem, to jedno křeslo z ikei k tomu stejně nepasuje ?) a jinak nic. Věci si můžete vyskládat na parapet jednoho okna. Povlečení celkem pohoda, ručníky na pokoji ... radši vlastní. Snídaně či večeře jsme neměli, nehodnotím. Občerstvení v areálu nevaří (utopenci nebo nakládaný hermelín), pivo Postřižiny či Plzeň. Možno konzumovat na otevřený lístek po dobu pobytu (každého volba). Trampolína pro děti super, pingpong by chtěl obměnu pálek. Byť jsme si s majitelem při odjezdu něco objasnili a nestěžuju si na to, že by nebyl vstřícný, příště zkusíme něco jiného. The surroundings are beautiful, the location of the place itself allows bike trips in all directions, Třeboň, Chlum, Jindřichův Hradec. Accommodation was disappointing, however. Booked through booking with the fact that the room should have a microwave, dishes ..... no way. The quadruple room is definitely not equipped in this way. The room is very austere, the handles are broken, the back is out of place, the carpets in the room and in the corridors with an unmistakable abrasion, mold in the shower. The mattresses of the divided beds (3 per bed) have really experienced something. One table, something between night and conference (if you want to eat or play cards with it, you better sit on the floor, one ikei chair doesn't fit anyway ?) and otherwise nothing. You can arrange things on the windowsill of one window. Bed linen quite comfortable, towels in the room ... better own. We did not have breakfast or dinner, I do not rate. Refreshments in the area are not brewed (drowned or pickled camembert), beer Postřižiny or Plzeň. Can be consumed on an open ticket for the duration of the stay (each option). Trampoline for kids great, ping pong would like a change of bats. Although the owner and I clarified something on departure and I do not complain that he would not be accommodating, next time we will try something different.

P	Pavel Balon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise it is very good if you want to explore Třeboň or Jindřichův Hradec, Castle Červená Lhota, etc. But accommodation itself is very very basic and it is very old fashion furniture wise. They do not ask for your ID and also they did not give me a receipt for the payment. Also they ask for parking fee 40 Kč per car per day although the car is parking outside of the walls. First what strikes you inside are the steps to fist or second floor where the rooms are. The steps are taller then usual so if you have small kids or older people with you they might struggle. The walls in the corridor and in the room are clean but they remember better times and they would need some tlc. The beds in our apartment did not have legs so they were very low (about 40 cm) from the ground including the mattress. So older people might struggle to get up from the bed. Bathroom is clean overall but the fittings are a bit rusty and they shloud be modernised. They serve breakfast and dinner but only in very specific time e.g. at 7pm and when I ask them if I come at 8 from some trip they replied the chef might not wait to serve you a dinner. The building itself is apparently about 500 years old so it has very thick walls therefore you do not get mobile Internet inside the building (you get 2G network marked with Edge = not usable). They offer open WiFi but it is not reliable as it was not working several times during our 5 nights we spent there. So to conclude if you want good location, relatively cheep (500 Kč per person per night) and you do not expect much from your accommodation then you go ahead and book a room here otherwise look somewhere else.
