Člověk který po dvouměsíčním (protahovani) a domlouvaní prodeje pozemku, kdy jsme ho stále museli uhánět, dali více peněz, které neustále navyšoval, řešili jeho nesmyslné požadavky, trpěli jeho právničku, sjednali a nuceně po jeho podrazu rušili hypotéku, zaplatili za odhady a další podklady na úřadech, kdy nás po podpisu a ověření kupní smlouvy zkasírovala jeho vypečená právnička Šupicová z Rosic u Brna, která chvíli na to tyhle smlouvy stopila s tím, že je tam nepřekonatelná chyba, kterou musí opravit se slibem, že opravenou smlouvu podepíšeme co nejdříve. Od této doby začalo protahování. Po třech týdnech vymýšlení dalších nesmyslných požadavků z jeho strany, jen tak po telefonním rozhovoru odstoupil od smlouvy s tím, že nám s manželem pozemek nemůže prodat z rodinných důvodů kvůli synovi, kterému potřebuje pozemek přenechat na stavbu domu. Nyní po dalších dvou měsících pozemek nabízí o půl miliónu dráž. Tohle chování je na pováženou. Dejte si na něj pozor a nespalte se jako já s manželem.

A man who, after two months (stretching) and arranging the sale of land, when we still had to chase it, gave more money, which he kept increasing, solved his nonsensical demands, suffered his lawyer, negotiated and forcibly canceled the mortgage, paid for estimates and more documents at the authorities, when after signing and verifying the purchase contract we were cashed by his trained lawyer Šupicová from Rosice u Brna, who for a while stopped these contracts with the fact that there is an insurmountable mistake that he must correct with the promise that we will sign the corrected contract as soon as possible . From then on, stretching began. After three weeks of inventing further nonsensical demands on his part, he just withdrew from the contract after a telephone conversation, stating that he and his husband could not sell the land to us for family reasons because of his son, who needed to leave the land to build a house. Now, after another two months, the land offers half a million more prices. This behavior is serious. Watch out for him and don't sleep like me and my husband.
