Ubytovací poukaz vystavený z Hotel.cz před dvěma měsíci, se den před nástupem ukázal jako neplatný, rezervovaný bezbariérový pokoj byl dlouhodobě obsazen a majitelkou jsem byl odkázán se stížností na Hotel.cz. Její jednání hodnotím jako skandální a nezachránila to ani tím, že mi doporučila konkurenci. Jako by mne, jako zákazníka zajímalo, že Hotel.cz uvádí nerelevantní informace a vůbec s hotelem nespolupracuje! Kdybych nepřišel ubytování zaplatit den před nástupem, za což jsem byl postaven do role blba, který neví, jak to na světě chodí, přivezl bych osmdesátiletý pár o holích, který právě přijel z Ostravy, na neexistující ubytování. Už nikdy více pension Family, byt by i byl nejlevnější v Evropě! He wasn't at all. The accommodation voucher issued from Hotel.cz two months ago turned out to be invalid the day before the start, the reserved barrier-free room was occupied for a long time and the owner was referred to Hotel.cz with a complaint. She considers her actions to be scandalous and did not save it by recommending competition to me. As if I, as a customer, were interested in the fact that Hotel.cz provides irrelevant information and does not cooperate with the hotel at all! If I didn't come to pay for the accommodation the day before I started, for which I was put in the role of a fool who doesn't know how the world works, I would bring an 80-year-old couple about sticks, who had just arrived from Ostrava, to non-existent accommodation. Never again a family pension, the apartment would be the cheapest in Europe!
L	Ludmilla Boos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mile překvapená čistotou ,ochotou,pod terasou je restaurace se zahrádkou.Když budu mít zase cestu,tak ráda navštívím opět penzion Family a i přespím :) Nice surprised by the cleanliness, willingness, there is a restaurant with a garden under the terrace. When I have a trip again, I will be happy to visit the Family pension again and sleep :)
M	M. I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Inhaberin. Die Zimmer sind leider trostlos. Das Frühstück am Wochenende wurde von der Besitzerin zubereitet. Es war eigentlich mager. Preise sind aber sehr günstig. An Werktagen kann man unten in der externen Cafeteria frühstücken. Um dorthin zu gelangen muß man über einen sehr kalten Flur gehen, weil die Haustür immer offen steht. Die Zimmer zur Seitenstraße sind nicht besonders ruhig. Nice owner. Unfortunately, the rooms are bleak. The weekend breakfast was prepared by the owner. It was actually meager. But prices are very cheap. On working days you can have breakfast downstairs in the external cafeteria. To get there you have to go through a very cold hallway because the front door is always open. The rooms facing the side street are not particularly quiet.

Poloha luxusní, ale příště už toto ubytování rozhodně ne. More of a hostel for foreign workers than a boarding house I was very disappointed with the owner's unprofessional behavior. Location luxurious, but next time this accommodation definitely not.

The describtion of a possibility to make yoyr oen breakfast is very misleading as there is only an old electric kettle, hardly any cutlery and no cooker. The owner is very friendly but only if you catch her on a good day. When I asked for a glass I was told I have to wait as she was up since six am and she is now leaving for a swim. Not very professional borderline rude as I was paying customer. It still reminds the old communist times. What a shame as it is a lovely place but it spoilt tge stay a little. The last thing you need on your holiday is to be shouted at.
