★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boo your signage sucks, I just spent 20 minutes trying to find where inside the ginormous building you were even though I can SEE you're on the second floor on the right. What a rabbit warren. I really wanted a workout :( Noone in your building could even say where your door was, and I asked two different people. No signs anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice ladies-only gym with great classes: cardio, yoga, Pilates, strength, whatever you need. The gym area is a bit small but it's got more than enough equipment. Really helpful staff too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to this gym only because its location is convenient was already a stretch. Ugly environment with not-properly-funtioning machines from the 90s should have been the deal breaker. My distress and consequently attendance was brought to an end when the receptionist permanently kicked me out of the gym for not bringing shoes to change into. (Once. Quite amusing.) The staff is power tripping on 20 year olds, unlike their usual 60yo customer base. Do not recommend unless you want to feel and be treated like it's 1982.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, it is not very crowded and they have most of the equipment you need.
All weights are smallish, as promised, and it seems the most popular things are the group lessons, so if you go to the weight room you will be mostly alone. Everything is in good working condition and the restrooms are kept in mint condition. Would definitely recommend.
