★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem zboží skladem. Druhý den v pravé poledne stále nic nenachystano. Mam cestu kolem, paní se mě jak děcko které nesplnilo úkol ptá jestli přišla SMS, že je to nachystáno i když ví že ne, jelikož nic nenachystala. V prodejně pusto prázdno. Na stole 3 papíry... Asi další objednávky. Zboží našla za 15 sekund a mohl jsem jít.... Práce snů. Jinak obchod pěkný.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem Krýlg se znakem Baníku. Přišel do druhého dne, ale celý poškrábáný!!!! Mám ho pro přítele k narozeninám a teď ho dostane poškrábáný protože nedávate pozor! Za tu cenu bych očekávala že to přijde v nějaký hezký krabičce a nepoškrábaný! Velké zklamání..
I ordered Krýlg with the Baník emblem. He came the next day, but all scratched !!!! I have it for a friend's birthday and now it gets scratched because you're not paying attention! For that price, I would expect it to come in some nice box and unscratched! Big disappointment ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako věrný fanoušek jsem byl překvapen nekvalitou, ve srovnání s chacharwear. A o cenách není třeba mluvit, ale jednoduše kvalita ceně neodpovídá ? Takže se nedá mluvit ani o podpoře klubu. Mám zkušenost jak s trikem,tak i s ponožky, které i v největší velikosti mi byly malé ??

Přicházíte o kšeft a paní pokladní si koleduje o flákanec ?? nikde v celé Karolíně jsem se nesetkal s takovou aroganci ! Kdo hledá největší krávu mezi pokladníma v Nové Karolíně jděte do FanShopu Baník ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nepříjemný pán prodavač ,, polohlasem hodnotí zákazníky ,, neochotný .. s uštěpačnými poznámkami ... koupil jsem jenom pár věcí ...a zbytek limitu na nákup co jsem měl jsem dal ve vedlejším obchodě . za koženou bundu ... v tomto obchodě, mě už NIKDO nikdy neuvidí .. zajedu si příští víkend na Chachary ...škoda ,že to tu nikdo nečte .. protože nedojde k nápravě ,, a "arogant" bude kazit kšeft Baníku dál ...
