We were very late in October last year in the Arkada, a very simple and affordable farm hotel, very clean, very, very friendly, the area around 50-60 km is a dream. Since we were in the Czech Republic for the first time, we didn't really know what to expect. Far exceeded expectations. The Hotel Arkada and surroundings see us 100% again.

Ideal for meeting many friends, cool owner does not solve anything and everything, barrel of beer / lima, barbecue on the leg or grill on the pig? Nothing is a problem. You can sleep in rooms, tents and tables as you please. It can fit countless children, dogs and cats. In the kitchen 2 cookers, large fridge and enough dishes. Large common room with bar, 4 beeps, projector and sound system. Outside sitting in the yard and in the covered open barn. Trampoline for kids. We recommend !!! :-)

It is a guest house in a former farmhouse. There are large areas for recreation of large groups of tourists with the possibility of joint games and social entertainment (table tennis, volleyball, piglet roasting, etc.) Large space for shared accommodation of groups of up to 30 people. Sitting in the cellar self-service refreshments and computer projection. It is less suitable for individual travelers with a claim to privacy and tranquility.

The place is beautiful. Everything was nice and clean. Accessibility to rocks etc., excellent. At first impression owner helpful. The price is also ok, but then it occurs ..... for the alleged little grill on the leg (among other things I do not understand how we did the leg on it) wants the owner 300 CZK for grill and 300 CZK for wood. We were willing to give that and we were so arranged. Then there was another but .... and that there was a misunderstanding in the grill (from our side, so about) and we used a larger grill, when the leg was spinning so we were told that the price is 500kč and 500kč. (In the end, after the argument, the price was left to be agreed) Among other things, we were given such training to do everything that he just knew best how to make a leg, and we were totally stupid who never did. (sir .. they've already done a lot of them) It was also said that only he could clean the grill and we wouldn't do it that well. Before we started to grill so was not cleaned at all. For eventually bending the metal bar, which was pierced the leg will charge again 500kč. Because the stick was injected again wrong and not to his liking. Children were told that the loss of the ball on the pinscher will be charged 10kč. We had to repair the net on the table to play. The only thing lent us for free was a compressor for our own cooling .... thank you for that and we are surprised that it was not again for 500kč. On departure, the owner said that it will not go through and if he found something destroyed so he calls (we did not destroy anything) which I take as a total stupidity .... to then think what we destroyed and wanted money, so perhaps he can not even think seriously. So I think that if the gentleman behaved a little sensibly and tried to communicate, then everything would be ok. He didn't make us stupid and despite our mistake in the grill he would say we would leave it alone or maybe just wanted $ 100 for more would be ok. Arguing with what we will certainly destroy everything because we can not and pay for everything is quite sad behavior for us. For us never to this farm and only thanks to the owner.

Nice farmhouse in the middle of a very picturesque village on the border of Bohemia and Poland. Mr. owner is nice and helpful, nothing was a problem. The farmhouse is a huge, nicely refurbished and equipped to a surprisingly good, large lounge (former maštal) with a fireplace and a bar equipped for weddings and large family celebrations. We spent here New Year's Eve with children and we are very satisfied, only if you would like to come with a larger number of really tiny children is the division of space a little impractical, to smaller rooms in the attic because you do not cot, but it is the only small problem we encountered

Wonderful place for a quiet holiday, accommodation in a caravan - no mistake, services perfect, clean everywhere. Who does not need luxury - just a caravan, cottages. If you want luxury with everything, stay in a farm. Ideal for family celebrations - when the door closes in the common room, nothing can be heard outside through the meter walls, music of any genre can play, from brass band to trash metal. The owners of the camp - coolers who will do everything possible. We will definitely come again.
