A	Aneta Loskotová (Any) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel ma zkusenost neni dobra. Pote co jsem si domluvila hodinovou vyjizdku, jsem vyjela s 15letou slecnou Kájou. Byla prijemna, oba kone krasni. Problem nastal v momente, kdy kone meli vyrazit do kopce. Bohuzel ten muj se hodne rozebehl, nebýt navstev v jinych farmach s konem v prirode, jsem na zemi. Malem jsem se na koni neudrzela a zarvala Stoop. Slecna nevedela, jak reagovat, rekla, ze kone do kopců holt bezi. necitila jsem se vubec bezpecne. Kun se rozebehl jeste dvakrat. Videla jsem se nekde v nemocnici a Slezla jsem z nej. Kone jsem pres veskere bahno, velky strach a sebezapreni dovedla v poradku zpatky. P. Beresova me oznacila za hysterku, rekla, ze lzu, ze to byly tri cvalove kroky, urazila me, pritom nekolikrat jsem na koni sedela a vubec ji nezajimalo, ze jsem se na dnesni den opravdu tesila a dorazila mimochodem az z Teplic. Misto toho, aby treba rekla, ze ji to mrzi, me odkazovala na portal, kde jsem jizdu koupila. U paní Berešové selhal lidský faktor. Unfortunately, my experience is not good. Instead of saying she was sorry, she referred me to the portal where I bought the ride. The human factor failed in Mrs. Berešová.
S	Sabina Golíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza a děs!! Objednala jsem přes slevomat.cz několik voucherů na vyjížďku na koni. Domluva opravdu otřesná. Když jsem domluvila termín, tak mi ho zrušili kvůli nevhodnému počasí což samozřejmě chápu, ale domluva na jakémkoliv dalším termínu na bodě mrazu. Paní tvrdila, že mi pošle poukázku na prodloužení termínu, o kterou jsem jí musela opakovaně žádat minimálně další měsíc. Po dalším telefonickém hovoru mi řekla, ať ji napíšu e-mail s prosbou o poukázku, ať na ni nezapomene, ale mail jí nepřišel, protože měla na svých webových stránkách napsanou chybnou e-mailovou adresu. Po mém upozornění si ji okamžitě opravila, poukázku poslala, avšak s platností jednoho týdne, ve kterém jsem se z pracovních důvodů nemohla dostavit. Tudíž poukázky propadly, a o peníze jsem přišla. Horror and Terror !! I ordered several vouchers for horseback riding through slevomat.cz. Talking really appalling. When I arranged the term, they canceled it because of bad weather, which of course I understand, but agreement on any other term at freezing point. The lady said she would send me a voucher to extend the deadline for which I had to repeatedly ask her for at least another month. After another phone call, she told me to write her an e-mail for a voucher, so she won't forget her, but the mail didn't come because she had a wrong e-mail address on her website. After my notice, she immediately corrected it, sent the voucher, but with one week's validity, in which I was unable to attend for business reasons. So the vouchers fell, and I lost my money.

Urgence rezervace a přísliby a nikdo není schopen se za 6 ozvat. Velké zklamání a rozhodně už dále nedoporučuji!!!!! For the first time a perfect agreement, then the horror of terror. P	Petr Prokeš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špína, chaoz, šatna pro děti šílená. Rezervační systém nereagují. Děti využívají jako levnou pracovní sílu za sbírání bodů. Dítě jsme odhlásili a dluží peníze za 2 permanentky a příměstský kemp. Po vyzváni na vrácení peněz nereagují nekomunikuji. Nedoporučuji.

Všude jsou pravidla i pravidla vyjížďky. Pán asi neviděl nikdy z rána box když přídě před otvíračkou je krásné jak umíte špinit něco čemu vůbec nerozumíte. A samozřejmě konkurence má také internet no anime ??? hezký den a rád vás povodím po celém objektu a rádi vás uvidíme.
