Farma u Vojtků - Křižánky 171

The village Křižánky is a very nice place where there are many hiking trails with beautiful nature. It's a pity it can't be said about the farm near Vojtky. Rooms average, furniture half-ruined, beds completely laid out and order better not to talk about it, dust everywhere both on the TV, in the fields and under the bed. Well, Mr. Home Chapter itself. At 19:30 we started playing petanque and after about 15 minutes. the owner flew at us that we were noisy and the police would call us, etc. After the children were noisy, we had 4 children 1-3 years old. Well, just a disaster, we paid 37,000 for a farm for 5 nights, and we couldn't do almost anything there, I think our breathing bothered him too. My friends and I were looking forward to this holiday, according to the photos it should look great, unfortunately the reality was somewhere else. If you want to play board games on holiday, have small children there and sit down with a friend for a beer in the evening as soon as you put your children to sleep, then this place is not for you. The owners live with you on the farm and they really mind everything !!!!!!!! DISASTER !!!!!!!

After e-mail communication, we were to have reserved two apartments (two families) in front of the building. To our surprise upon our arrival, both apartments were occupied. We were therefore accommodated in an apartment in the main building. Of the 6 nights, 3 were with another foreign family in the apartment (we wanted privacy, so we asked for separate apartments when booking). In the rooms creaking beds with dirty sheets (a small stain probably on the blood) - the owner saw and no effort was made. The furniture has already experienced something, and the TV, which turned itself off, maybe it was because it was from the 60s. The farm from the outside looks very nice .. the overall impression, but spoils the ubiquitous "mess", old cabinets, etc. If I have to sum it up over almost everything, I would wave my hand, but the fact that we are in an apartment with a foreign family was already a lot for me. I was most surprised and upset when we had to pay more for the stay than we had agreed. The reason was accommodation in the main building (but we were accommodated there because our apartment was occupied). An argument like we had a bigger bathroom and we were "alone" (they weren't!) Didn't really seem adequate to me. In order not to insult, we agreed on a reasonable compromise when paying.

The environment of Křižánka beautiful, the accommodation below average and the communication with the owner was "unreal". We booked and paid a deposit for 6 people for 4 nights (4 adults + 2 three years + 2 babies). Apartment number 1 was for 8 people, in three rooms with a mini-corner for cooking and a toilet with shower. In the morning, on the day of accommodation, the owner wrote that he would accommodate two people in the third room, if that didn't matter. Upon arrival, he said there would be 4 people in that room. Once we recovered from the situation (1 toilet for 12 people including children), we asked how it was possible. He replied that "there will be 5 people in the room (2 adults and 3 children), but mainly that the weather will work out." To the question: When will they actually arrive? he shrugged, not knowing if tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. To the question: How many nights will they be with us? he said he didn't know. A family of five arrived the very next day. The father of the family had to sleep in a room on the floor, because the bed could not fit there anyway. When we talked with the other family about how it was possible that the owner behaved like this, they told us that he even told them that we were still leaving on Wednesdays (the reservation was from Sunday to Thursday). To the question: Why did you tell the family that we were leaving the day before he replied: that he thought we would not like it there anymore. Well, and then he came to see us twice in the evening, that the family was leaving the next day, that they had found something better. Of course, we left the next morning. Four nights became two. Yeah, and children ages 3 to 7 don't count as people in an apartment, they just pay the full amount. Logically, this means that there were 6 of us in the apartment for 8 people. 4 children and 3 babies evaporated somewhere in an area of ​​5x5 m2. Not to be negative, when we left, when we paid for our two-day stay in advance in advance, we wanted to pay for beers. The owner waved his hand to let it be.

We booked apartment number 1, which is for 8 people (3 rooms - 2 x 2 and 1 x 4) We were 4 adults and 4 children (children 2 x 3 years, 2 x babies). In the e-mail communication (possibility to prove with a print screen), the owner confirmed to us that he would not occupy the remaining room (he did not count the number of babies, but charged money for them and they paid three years as adults). On the day of accommodation he wrote us an SMS that the remaining room would be occupied by strangers. We wrote back to him that there was no such agreement and he wrote ok. Upon arrival, he told us that he would accommodate them there and that there would be 4 (in a room for two where he stuffed another two beds) (2 adults and 2 small children), which means a total of 12 people in the apartment for 8 and also strangers. The apartment was suitable for about 6 people. Beds made of planks and laid out. Loose tiles in the bathroom. A completely frozen freezer full of ice. Defective hob on a two-burner stove. We paid a deposit in advance, which corresponded to half the accommodation and we left in the middle. The owner downplayed the situation and apologized for the fact that mainly because the weather is nice, etc. I have perhaps never experienced this behavior anywhere in the world. It's a pity, because the environment of Křižánky and the farm is beautiful. Accommodation has potential, but this approach and in my opinion the trip to the guests kills it all. As a plus, I must mention the yard and a lot of toys for children, who enjoyed it there .... and also the opportunity to tap beer on the spot and write commas. The owner even forgave us to pay when we told him we were leaving.

Beautiful nature, the air heals here, you don't have to go to the Tatras, the fish jump into their arms as soon as they see the fishermen, take a two-wheeler on the mushrooms, you will see what they have for lunch in Ještěd, the animals all around are waiting for scratching, taking photos, clean, the owners are always happy to advise, help, children will have fun with the animals, in the meadow or on the playground, adults on the terrace with a draft beer, super relax.Health JaroMiro
