O	Olga Petrásková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neseriozní obchod. Dodací lhůta 3 týdny a prodává vadné nebo aušusové zboží (příklad na přiložených fotkách, i když to na nich až tak nevynikne). Objednana jsem si zateplené zimní rukavice a jeden pár o.k., ale druhý nepoužitelný. Dále past na potkany - chytil se jeden a během chvíle ji tak zdevastoval, že je nepoužitelná, protože je z tenkého materiálu. Na reklamace obchod vůbec nereaguje, přestože jsem vše nafotila a popsala a několikrát urgovala (2x telefinicky a znovu emailem...) Prostě všechny varuji před nákupem v tomto e-shopu........... Absolutely unserious business. Delivery time 3 weeks and sells defective or ausus goods (example in the attached photos, although it does not stand out in them). I ordered insulated winter gloves and one pair of frames, but the other unusable. Then a rat trap - one caught and in a moment devastated it so much that it is unusable because it is made of thin material. The store does not respond to complaints at all, although I photographed and described everything and urged it several times (2x by phone and again by email ...) I just warn everyone against buying in this e-shop ...........
J	J K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21.6.2018 Obchod mi vrátil obratem peníze. Opravdu mi nebyla poslána faktura a peníze jsem uhradil na účet, pouze dle zvoleného způsobu platby. Omlouvám se za označení podvodného jednání. Situace by nenastala, kdyby mi eshop písemně sdělil, že objednané zboží nemají na skladě, jak bylo inzerováno. Dále kdyby reagoval na můj dotaz po 7 dnech po zaplacení objednávky, jak a kdy bude naplněna. Pokud po zaplacení objednávky do 10 dní nedorazí zboží a obchod nepošle žádnou informaci a nereaguje na zaslaný dotaz, působí to velice nevěrohodně a může dojít k zmíněnému nedorozumění. 6/21/2018 The business returned the money to me immediately. The situation would not have occurred if the e-shop had told me in writing that the ordered goods were not in stock, as advertised. If the goods do not arrive within 10 days after payment of the order and the store does not send any information and does not respond to the sent inquiry, it is very unbelievable and the mentioned misunderstanding may occur.
E	Exclusive Golden Horses on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovala jsem na e-shopu Farmer CZ Texas panely, pán hned volal, že se obratem posílájí, za 2 dny jsem je měla u koní, super!!! I bought panels on the Farmer CZ Texas e-shop, the gentleman immediately called that they were sent immediately, I had them with the horses in 2 days, great !!!

Zboží na které čekáme stále svítí na webu SKLADEM. Even after a month from the order, no response, no one responds to e-mails, the phone listed on the website. nobody knows the site ... The goods we are waiting for are still lit on the website IN STOCK.

Objednávala jsem deku pro koně - přestože mnou vybraná již nebyla skladem, obratem mi volali, nabídli alternativu, druhý den odeslali, následující den jsem měla. Ceny bezkonkurenční, příjemné jednání. Great prices, quality brands. I ordered a blanket for horses - even though the one I had chosen was no longer in stock, they immediately called me, offered an alternative, sent the next day, the next day I had it. Prices unbeatable, pleasant negotiations.

K	Karel Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná komunikace - zboží pro zákazníka objednáno 31.1. od té doby pouze samá výmluva, že zboží už převzal Toptrans , je v zinkovně… když vezmou telefon řeknou, ze vše prověří a pak už se nikdo neozve . Rozhodne nedoporučuji pro obchod přes e-shop . Very poor communication - goods ordered for the customer 31.1. since then, the only excuse that Toptrans has already taken over the goods is in the galvanizing plant - when they pick up the phone they say they will check everything and then no one will call. Definitely not recommended for e-shop shopping.
