★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reštauráciu som navštívil pri pracovnej ceste , prostredie reštaurácie je priestranné nábytok je tmavý a pôsobí ako v obývačke , majiteľ sa snažil vytvoriť domácu a rodinnú atmosféru , na môj vkus je to trochu neformálne , no je to iný typ stravovanie a stolovania ako sme na Slovensku a v Čechách zvyknutý .
Zariadenie je také svojské .
Nepôsobí to tu veľmi čisto a v zimnom období je v tejto reštaurácii dosť chladno .
Majiteľ by mohol viečka popracovať na obnove nábytku a na lepšom vykúrení priestoru reštaurácie .
Jedlo je osobitná kategória , kto má rád jedlo Kórejskej kuchyne si príde na svoje , jedlo je iné ako naše jedlá hlavne je dosť štipľavé , veľa zdravej prílohy .
Kim-či je klasika , riasy , morské živočíchy , ryby , sójové klíčky , štipľavé polievky typu vývar ba dokonca aj jedlo z hmyzu .
Jedlo mne osobne chutilo .
Raňajky sú formou bufetu , dusená ryža , volské oko , šalát z rias , šalát z mušlí , jemný rybací vývar a Ženšenový čaj .
Večera bola podobne na tom ryžové rezance a mäsom a omáčkou a kolobáska podobná našim párkom, dusená ryža a nechýbalo kim-či šalát zo sójových klíčkov so sézamom a sézamovým olejom .
A samozrejme vývar z póru.
Jedlo bolo v poriadku ja mám rád štipľavé jedlo takže som bol spokojný .
Odporúčam každému kto chce ochutnať zdravú kórejskú kuchyňu ktorý patrí k najzdravším na svete .
The restaurant I visited during the work trip, the restaurant's environment is spacious furniture is dark and acts like in the living room, the owner tried to create a homely and family atmosphere, to my taste it is a bit informal, but it is different kind of eating and dining like we are in Slovakia and Czechs accustomed.
The device is also its own.
It does not work very clean here and in the winter it is rather cold in this restaurant.
The owner could work on the lid to renovate the furniture and make the restaurant space better.
Food is a special category, who likes Korean cuisine to come to his, food is different from our meals, especially it is quite pungent, many healthy attachments.
Kim's is classic, algae, marine animals, fish, soy sprouts, pungent soup, and even insect food.
Food tasted me personally.
Breakfast is buffet style, steamed rice, almond salad, algae salad, mussels salad, fine fish broth and Ginseng tea.
Dinner was similar to rice noodles and meat and sauce and buttercups similar to our sausage, steamed rice and did not leave kim or salad with soy germ with sesame and sesame oil.
And, of course, broth from the pore.
The food was fine, I like pungent food so I was happy.
I recommend everyone who wants to taste healthy Korean cuisine that is one of the most healthy in the world.
