Prý poslední je "zamluvený pro zákazníka z obchodu" už 14 dní a čeká na zaplacení - nicméně mají prý bohatou nabídku jiných kočárů. Klamání zákazníka jak podle příručky. Nula bodů. They sell a carriage on the web for a great price, but they don't have it at the branch, even though we booked it on the web. The last one is said to have been "booked for a customer from the store" for 14 days and is waiting to be paid for - however, they have a rich offer of other carriages. Deceiving the customer as per the guide. Zero points.

Pokud si správně pamatuji, věnovala se nám paní Veronika, která byla neskutečně ochotná a projevila profesionální přístup. Konečně máme jasno, který kočárek je pro nás nejlepší :) I recommend this store to all 10! Everything was explained to us when choosing a stroller, every question answered. If I remember correctly, Mrs. Veronika, who was incredibly helpful and showed a professional approach, took care of us. Finally we are clear which stroller is best for us :)
E	Elena Titova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupila jsem v tomto obchodě kočárek online, byl řádně zaplacen bankovním převodem. Platbu ale prý nedostali, i když veškerá potvrzení o úhradě dostali. Celou skutečnost řešili několik dnů, pořád po mě chtěli různá potvrzení, musela jsem kvůli nim jít i na pobočku své banky, vyřizovat papírové potvrzení o odchozí platbě. Vše bylo marně, i přesto že ho dostali, tak mi nemohli prodej vyřídit z důvodu nějaké technické chyby. Paní na zákaznické podpoře jsou dost nepříjemné. Velmi zvláštní obchod a moji naprostá ztráta času. Musím na poslední chvíli před dovolenou teď hledat alternativní kočárek. Vůbec nedoporučuji tento obchod. I bought a stroller online at this store, it was duly paid by bank transfer. However, they allegedly did not receive the payment, even though they received all confirmation of payment. They dealt with the whole thing for several days, they still wanted various confirmations for me, because of them I had to go to my bank branch, process a paper confirmation of the outgoing payment. Everything was in vain, even though they got it, they could not handle my sale due to some technical error. The ladies on customer support are quite annoying. A very special deal and my complete waste of time. I have to look for an alternative stroller at the last minute before the holidays. I do not recommend this store at all.

After visiting Trendy Baby and being ignored by the busy staff, we were worried that we would have a similar experience in other stores in Prague. My husband had done a lot of research on the type of pram/stroller we would like and we just needed to test them out in person and get some more advice from a knowledgeable person. This was the PERFECT place to go ! Anka helped us and showed us a few different options and explained EVERYTHING to us. We also had a few questions about various items like car seats and changing pads and she was also able to give us insight about selections we had made or help us decide between different brands. I liked that she also did a great job of helping us , but also acknowledged and greeted other customers that came into the store (something that's common sense but doesn't seem to be understood in Czech customer service). There is a larger FEEDO outside of Prague that has a much bigger selection, so Anka checked some of the brands we were searching for and found them there. We came back to her after going to the other Feedo and she helped either locate or order all the items we needed. Honestly PERFECT customer service. I feel like this is THE place in Prague you can go to to have all of your questions answered. Thank you SO much Anka!
