★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zaměstnanců táhne alkohol a když vidíte jak někteří se tam jen poflakuji a chodí od ničemu k ničemu a vy stojíte ve frontě a čekáte než vás někdo obslouží katastrofa nechápu vedení že si neudělá pořádek špatná reklama toto vidíte třeba jak 5 lidí tam kmitá a s toho zbytek jen aby se neřeklo čekal jsem jinak hodinu na věc která není skladem

Prodavači vždy ochotně poradí, vážně parádní kovomat se vším všudy. Pouze v některých hodinách je zde celkem nával a musíte počítat se zdržením asi 10minut, než se na Vás dostane řada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 40 minutách jsem to dnes nevydržel a šel pryč. Byl jsem druhý na řadě a pána přede mnou, ještě nikdo ani neobsloužil. Nebyl jsem ale jediný, kdo to z fronty za mnou vzdal.... Když vidíte, jak někteří zaměstnanci chodí od ničeho k ničemu a přitom se vám smějí do očí způsobem jen si počkej, raději jdete ke konkurenci, kde je možná trošku dráž, ale nemusíte čekat a ještě se dívat na mladýho sopláka, který se vám vysmívá. Raději přes půl Brna a v klidu, než mít celý den zkažený.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdravím, po dnešním nákupu jsem byl opět zklamán, po 15 min čekání jsem se dostal na řadu a začala mě obsluhovat paní, v půli objednávky mě předala kolegovi ten ovšem zapomněl vydat zboží co napsala kolegyně.
O hutním materiálu ani nemluvím hodinka čekání není problém (i dvě)?
Jen abych nekritizoval mají slušný výběr materiálu
Hello, after today's purchase I was disappointed again, after 15 minutes of waiting I got my turn and the lady started to serve me, in the middle of the order she handed me over to a colleague, who forgot to release the goods that my colleague wrote.
I'm not even talking about metallurgical material, an hour of waiting is not a problem (even two) ?
