M	Michal Bureš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Také špatná zkušenost. Nepříjemný personál, továrna na peníze a všude chaos. Nedoporučuji, raději běžte jinam! Also a bad experience. Unpleasant staff, money factory and chaos everywhere. I do not recommend, rather go elsewhere!

I kdyz by se dala ocekavat dlouholeta praxe, tak u pritelkyne byly oplodnene vsechny odebrana vajicka, ackoliv sperma vykazovalo 100 % negativni morfologii. Namisto zamrazeni vajicek a seckani par mesicu na dalsi vzorek spermatu se vse naraz oplodnilo podprumernym spermatem a nic z toho samozrejme nevzeslo. Tezko verit, ze s timto nemaji zkusenost. Arogantni jednani pani Cecilove dokreslilo nas obrazek. Za 4000 € zkusenost, kterou uz nikdy nehodlame opakovat. Stiznost k rukam pana primare zustala samozrejme neodpovezena. Vrele nedoporucuji uz jenom z duvodu, ze jinde provadeji ty same zakroky i za polovicni penize. Clean money factory. Although many years of experience could be expected, all eggs were fertilized at the girlfriend's fertilizer, although the semen showed a 100% negative morphology. Instead of freezing the eggs and mowing for a few months for another sperm sample, they were all fertilized with below-average sperm at once, and of course none of that came out. It's hard to believe they have no experience with this. Mrs. Cecil's arrogant actions complemented our picture. For 4000 € an experience we never intend to repeat. The complaint to Mr Primar's hands remained, of course, unanswered. I do not highly recommend it just because I perform the same procedures elsewhere for half the money.

Ob wir schwanger werden bleibt abzusehen, aber in der Klinik fühlen wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben...! Had the first appointment today and resolved all concerns. Dr. Uher and his team advised and informed us in a friendly, competent and sensitive manner. It remains to be seen whether we will get pregnant, but we feel very well cared for in the clinic ...!

Wir sind fast 500 km angereist und haben dort in einem 2 Minuten Gespräch zwischen Tür und Angel durch die Ärztin vor Ort gesagt bekommen, dass sie bei uns die Eizellenspende wegen den Kaiserschnitten vorher nicht machen kann und will. Die Klinik in Karlsbad hatte leider diese Information bereits Wochen vorher von uns schriftlich erhalten und man hat uns auf Grund von internen Versäumnissen die 500 km anfahren lassen und uns vor Ort dann diese Information mitgeteilt. Zudem war die Ärztin unglaublich unfreundlich, gefühllos und zudem leider sichtlich angenervt von uns...! Nachtrag...vom 14.02.20 Das Management der Klinik hat ganz toll auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert. Es würde sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Die Reaktion auf das Geschehene war wirklich lobenswert. Dies muss man einfach auch hinzufügen. Unfortunately we have not had any good experiences on site. We traveled almost 500 km and were told in a 2 minute conversation between door and angel by the doctor on site that she could not and would not do the egg donation with us beforehand because of the caesarean section. Unfortunately, the clinic in Karlovy Vary had received this information from us in writing weeks in advance, and due to internal failures we were allowed to drive the 500 km and then given this information on site. In addition, the doctor was incredibly unfriendly, unfeeling and unfortunately visibly annoyed by us ...! Addendum ... from 14.02.20 The management of the clinic responded very well to our complaint. There would be several apologies. The response to what happened was really commendable. You just have to add this.

Prostředí samo o sobě hezké a člověk se tam cítí opravdu dobře, máme jít ještě na jednu schůzku a vcelku se i těšíme Very pleasant staff, explains everything to other questions happy to answer. S	Soňa Kratochvílová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemohu doporučit. Naše 1.IVF před rokem zde nedopadlo. Až po odběru vajíček mi řekli, že vlastně špatně reaguji na stimulaci a že odebrali pouze dvě vajíčka. Toto mi sdělili po probrání z narkózy, ne během stimulace, takže mě to totálně zničilo. Vrchní sestra arogantní když nemá náladu a slečna na recepci leklá ryba. Panuje zde chaos, asi mají více pacientek, než zvládnou ošetřit. V den odběru neměli ani volnou ordinaci, kde by si s námi anesteziolog sedl a vše probral. V den krevních testů mi ani nezavolali aby alespoň řekli, že ještě nemají výsledky krve, volali bez omluvy až druhý den. Když srovnám přístup s Pronatalem ve Varech, tak jednoznačně lepší Pronatal. Tam jsou alespoň všichni milí a vstřícní. Unfortunately I can not recommend. Our 1st IVF did not end here a year ago. It wasn't until after the eggs were collected that they told me that I was actually reacting poorly to stimulation and that they had only collected two eggs. They told me this after waking up from anesthesia, not during stimulation, so it totally destroyed me. The head nurse is arrogant when she is not in the mood and the young lady at the reception is afraid of fish. There is chaos here, they probably have more patients than they can handle. On the day of the collection, they did not even have a free surgery, where the anesthesiologist would sit with us and discuss everything. On the day of the blood tests, they didn't even call me to at least say that they didn't have blood results yet, they called without apology until the next day. When I compare the approach with Pronatal in Vary, Pronatal is clearly better. At least they are all nice and helpful.

Ohne FertiCare hätte sie niemals Teil unserer Familie werden können. Die Klinik ist für Paare wie uns, die auf natürlichem Wege keine Kinder bekommen können, der ideale Partner! Vom ersten Kontakt an haben wir uns optimal betreut gefühlt. Die Aufklärung und Beratung in tschechischer und deutscher Sprache für meine Frau und mich war klar und sehr beruhigend und persönlich und telefonisch verfügbar. Und das auch am Wochenende per Handy, wenn nötig. Und auch während der Corona Wirren hat das Team alles Mögliche geleistet, um uns optimal zu betreuen. Das Angebot der Klinik ist klar und einfach strukturiert und ohne überflüssigen Schnickschnack. Man weiß zu Beginn der Betreuung transparent welche Kosten auf einen zukommen. Das gesamte Team ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, ganz gleich, ob Empfang, Schwestern, oder Ärzte. Die Klinik in Karlsbad ist modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns während der Behandlungen sehr wohl gefühlt. Und nochmals…. Das „Ergebnis“ spricht für sich…. unsere wunderbare Tochter liegt in unseren Armen. Vielen Dank an das FertiCare Team! Without FertiCare, she could never have become part of our family. The clinic is the ideal partner for couples like us who cannot have children naturally! From the first contact we felt we were well looked after. The information and advice in Czech and German for my wife and I was clear and very reassuring and available in person and by phone. And even on the weekend by mobile phone, if necessary. And even during the Corona turmoil, the team did everything possible to look after us optimally. The clinic's offer is clear and simply structured and without unnecessary frills. At the beginning of the care you know transparently what costs you will have to face. The entire team is warm and helpful, regardless of whether it is reception, nurses or doctors. The clinic in Karlsbad is modern and we felt very comfortable during the treatments. And again….
