★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefunkcni topeni pres 6 tydnu, podle nich “je normalni” ze topeni nebude v zime fungovat. Bylo mi zdeleno “at si nandam cepici” a ted tvrdi ze topeni funguje. Na to, v baraku uz pres 4 tydny take nefunguje vytah, ten ani neresi. Pridavam jeste foto jak vypadala NEOHLASENA (spravcova rekla ze “nevedela kdy prijdou”) prace na “opravu fasady” dle pracovniku najmuty Fidelitas. Ve spolecnosti pracuji jen absolutne neschopny, nezdvorili a neochotny baby ktery nechtej nic resit. BACHA NA TO! NIKDY FIDELITAS!
Malfunctioning heating over 6 weeks, according to them "it is normal" that the heating will not work in winter. I was told "to wear a hat" and now they claim that heating works. After all, the elevator doesn't work in the barracks for over 4 weeks, it doesn't even work. I am adding a photo of what she did not look like (she did not know when they would come ") working on the" facade repair "according to the employee hired by Fidelitas. I only work in absolutely incompetent, rude and reluctant babies who don't want to deal with anything. BACHA ON IT! NEVER FIDELITAS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ naprostý nezájem o nájemníky, at už co se týče funkčnosti bytu, tak i ohledně prodloužení smlouvy a celkově je komunikace s nimi naprosto otřesná, neprofesionální a nikdy bych jim svůj majetek ke správě nesvěřila

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup ke svým nájemníkům je absolutně otřesný. Jde o zvěrstvo mezi realitními magnáty bez absolutního citu k místu nebo lidem s vidinou co nejvyššího zisku. Dva měsíce před ukončením smlouvy neví co bude dál s bytem v jejich osobním vlastnictví. Péče o dům ve kterém bydlím je naprosto otřesná. Nemůžu nesouhlasit s předchozím recenzentem této prazvláštní firmičky. Stejný případ neustále otevřených dvěří domu. Jakmile má jít o opravu vážní závady, tak se cukaj. NIKDY FIDELITAS.
