★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První nákup u této společnosti a ohromná spokojenost, měli naprosto super jednání. Pro rakev jsme si přijeli autem. Pánové v obchodě super, trochu zavtipkovali, poradili další drobnosti co jsme potřebovali dokoupit, pomohli s rakví k autu a hlavně (!) i s montáží na střechu. Pro nás první zkušenost se střešním boxem, takže jsem doopravdy ocenili, že nám pan vysvětlil co a jak a pomohl s ukotvením první části a dal instruktáž co a jak. V dnešní době tohle už bohužel není samozřejmost, takže velmi oceňujeme.
P.S. G3 Spark 480 střešní box je naprosto super. Je velký, krásné drží na autě a má pohodlné otevírání z obou stran.
The first purchase from this company and great satisfaction, they had absolutely great dealings. We arrived for the casket by car. The gentlemen in the store were great, they joked a bit, they advised other things we needed to buy, they helped with the coffin for the car and especially (!) Also with the installation on the roof. For us, the first experience with the roof box, so I really appreciated that Mr. explained to us what and how and helped with anchoring the first part and gave instruction on what and how. Unfortunately, this is no longer a matter of course nowadays, so we really appreciate it.
P.S. The G3 Spark 480 roof box is absolutely great. It is large, holds beautifully on the car and has a comfortable opening on both sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento obchod už nikdy více. Po vytvoření objednávky mne druhý den telefonicky kontaktovala zaměstnankyně obchodu s tím, že uvedenou objednávku ( nosič na kola ) nelze vyzvednout osobně v Praze jelikož ho mají na prodejně v Brně a nedokážou ho do Prahy doručit :-) (v dnešní době to asi v Brně ještě neumí :-) Dobře chápu Brno je asi jiné ,tak jsem jí řekl ať mi to pošlou poštou ,že si zaplatím poštovné ale co se nestalo :-) oni na to v Brně nejsou zařízený :-) to jako fakt ,zaměstnanec neumí zabalit balík a poslat na poštu no jo no Brno :-). Tak dobře 17.06.2022 jedu do Znojma, mohu si balík v Brně vyzvednout osobně a tomu skutečně nebudete věřit ona jim v Brně ten den začíná inventura a vyzvednout střešní nosič není možné. tak ať si ho strčí do pr........ Tento obchod nikdy více!!!!!!!!
