I have a good experience with this finals office. The lady at the mailroom has an overview and the people I have acted with have performed pleasantly and professionally.

Staff quite nice, but the organization could be much improved

Nobody likes a financier. On the other hand, whatever I ever needed was waiting. Today I needed a confirmation of filing a tax return for the bank. One phone call was enough and I had everything ready and ready within the hour. I wasn't there for 5 minutes. In addition, it is perhaps the only institution that can use a data box.

At this branch of the financial office, mysteries are lost and sometimes they find confirmations. The current balance is 3 out of 3 confirmed lost, of which 2 were found again. For comparison, before that I served everything in Brno for 6-7 years and something similar did not happen to me even once. Last year (2021) together with my girlfriend we sent a confirmation of filing an electronic tax return by post (she in Olomouc, I am still in Brno). A few weeks later, they contacted their girlfriend that her confirmation had not yet arrived. She then informed them that she had been sent by post (and had arrived a long time ago) and suddenly they found him in 2 days. This year (2022) I brought the confirmation for myself and my girlfriend in person (this time both in Olomouc). The master at the registry office wanted to return one of them to me, because he thought it was a copy for me, for which I explicitly told him that it was one of two different certificates for 2 people, so he kept both. After a few weeks, the abbot contacted his girlfriend that they did not have her confirmation. So she told them that I had brought her confirmation together with mine. The abbot suddenly found her confirmation in a few days, and only by the way did they tell her that they still didn't have mine. Nobody has contacted me yet (and by the way I don't understand why they informed anyone else about things related to me and my submission only because she mentioned in the e-mails that I sent her confirmation), so I contacted the office myself, they confirmed that the confirmation they really don't, but they'll try to find him and if they don't find him I'll let me know. No one contacted me for the next two weeks, so I assumed that they still found the confirmation. Then they called me again that they still did not have my certificate and therefore my tax return is not valid. The overall (internal) functioning of this branch is chaotic and unprofessional.
