★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabyl jsem dojmu, že zisk z finančního produktu je důležitější než služba klientovi. Když jsem si sám našel lepší produkt, než mi byl nabízen, tak mi teprve nabídli jiný srovnatelný produkt, ale komunikace ohledně jeho zajištění vázla, a tak jsem zvolil mnou nalezený. Následně mě opakovaně obtěžovali s jinými nabídkami, ačkoli jsem vyjádřil nezájem. Od finančního poradenství očekávám zcela něco jiného.
 I got the impression that the profit from the financial product is more important than the service to the client. When I found a better product than it was offered to me, they only offered me another comparable product, but the communication regarding its provision was stuck, so I chose what I found. Subsequently, I was repeatedly harassed with other offers, although I expressed disinterest. I expect something completely different from financial advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám běžně důvěru k samozvaným poradcům čehokoli a v minulosti už jsem si v telefonu zablokoval několik bývalých přátel, jenž měli dojem, že si na mě po dvou rychlokurzech finančnictví ještě rychleji přivydělají.
Tohle rozhodně není ten případ! Obzvláště jedné osobě jsem zde zavázán za práci, profesionální a obětavý přístup, vstřícnost, slušnost, kafe, studenou vodu a veškeré další superlativy, které mě teď nenapadají.
Jsem opravdu vděčný, protože kdybych se do toho měl pouštět sám, tak se z toho podělám. A kdyby to měli dělat ti rychlokurzaři, tak je snad nakonec voddělám.
I do not normally have confidence in self-appointed advisors of anything, and in the past I have already blocked a few former friends in my phone, who thought they would make even more money after two financial crash courses.
This is definitely not the case! Especially one person here is committed to work, professional and dedicated attitude, helpfulness, decency, coffee, cold water, and any other superlatives that don't attack me now.
I am really grateful, because if I were to go into it myself, I was going to get out of it. And if the Crashers were to do it, then I might do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi zkušení, ochotní a milí. Vždy nám pomohli a vyšli ve všem vstříc. Pokud potřebujeme poradit ohledně hypotéky, pojištění, spoření, nemovitosti,... tak se na ně rádi hned obrátíme. Navíc nám vše hlídají a pokud je nějaká změna, tak se nám hned ozvou, vše vysvětlí a poradí s dalším postupem. S manželem nám opravdu moc pomohli. Před tím jsem nikomu takto nevěřila ohledně poradenství.
Very experienced, helpful and kind. They always helped us and went out to meet everyone. If we need advice on mortgages, insurance, savings, real estate, ... we'll turn to them right away. In addition, we are all guarded and if there is any change, they will contact us immediately, explain everything and advise on the next procedure. They really helped us a lot with my husband. Before that, I didn't trust anyone like that in counseling.
