Chtěla jsem půjčit auto - jelikož moje se rozbilo v Mnichově a manžel tam zůstal. Abych tedy ho mohla vyzvednout a v pondělí si zase pro auto zajet... BOHUŽEL, mi bylo sděleno, ze musím buď mít v Praze trvale bydliště a nebo zaměstnání. Takže jsem musela po dvou hodinové domluvě hledat další půjčovnu... takže nechápu - ma obcanka i řidičák jsou platné s vydané v roce 2015... (první řidičák jsem měla od roku 2003)takže nechápu kde byl problém. Psat smlouvu na tetu nebo strejdu, kteří bydlí v Praze, auto ani nebudou řídit mi přijde divne.... Communication great. V	Vít Voráček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem maximálně spokojen, oblíbil jsem u nich Škodu Rapid, teď jsem si chtel půjčit škodu Fabia sice nebyla k dispozici ale za stejnou cenu jsem dostal Škodu Octavia. Sice půjčovnu nevyužívam tak často ale nikdy nebyl žádný problém i cestování do zahraničí není překážka. I am very satisfied, I liked Škoda Rapid with them, now I wanted to borrow the damage Fabia was not available, but for the same price I got the Škoda Octavia. Although I do not use the rental so often, but there was never any problem and traveling abroad is not an obstacle.

L	Lhazebur Rubezahl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3x a dost! Při prvním půjčení jsem měl objednávku potvrzenou mailem a vozidlo mělo být přistaveno v 18:00. V 18:30 jsem jim volal, zda se někde zdrželi. Dostal jsem odpověď, že na mě zapomněli a žádný zaměstnanec již není v práci. Nakonec jsme to nějak vymysleli, pro auto jsem si musel zajet sám a dostali jsme za stejné peníze lepší auto. OK, stane se, dám jim šanci. Druhé půjčení bylo bez problémů a všechno proběhlo v pořádku. Při třetím půjčení jsem zaslal objednávku na Citigo za 590,-Kč na den. Přišla mi odpověď, že už je půjčené, ale nabízí Fabii II za 690,-Kč. Dobře, nemám s tím problém. V den půjčení přijel zaměstnanec s Citigem. Říkám si: "Nevadí, asi jim ho vrátili dřív". Jenže na smlouvě byla cena za Fabii. Odmítl jsem zaplatit. Zaměstnanec mi řekl, že to nevadí a až si ho přijde vyzvednout, donese smlouvu opravenou. Jenže - při vrácení vozu mi bylo sděleno, že "Ceník na internetu je sedm let starý, takže neaktuální" a "v emailu jsem odsouhlasil cenu vyšší". To, že tam byla uvedena Fabia, to už není podstatné. S touto firmou končím a myslím si, že si zaslouží kontrolu ČOI. Snad jim ta stovka za to stála. 3x and enough! At the first rental, I had the order confirmed by email and the vehicle was to be delivered at 18:00. At 6:30, I called them to see if they were staying. I received a reply that they had forgotten me and no employee was at work anymore. In the end we somehow came up with it, I had to drive for the car myself and we got a better car for the same money. OK, it will happen, I will give them a chance. The second loan was without problems and everything went well. For the third loan, I sent an order to Citigo for 590 CZK per day. I received an answer that it has already been borrowed, but it offers the Fabia II for CZK 690. Okay, I don't have a problem with that. On the day of the loan, an employee arrived with a Citigo. I say to myself: "They don't mind, they probably returned it to them sooner". But the contract included a price for Fabia. I refused to pay. The employee told me that it did not matter and when he came to pick it up, he would bring the contract corrected. But - when I returned the car, I was told that "The price list on the Internet is seven years old, so out of date" and "I agreed to a higher price in the email". It doesn't matter that Fabia was mentioned there. I'm done with this company and I think it deserves a CTIA inspection. Maybe the hundred was worth it.

Velká ochota, skvělá komunikace a jsou flexibilní s ohledem na prodloužení zápůjčky. I can only recommend. Already rented a car twice - always clean, delivered to the address and on time according to the agreement. Great willingness, great communication and are flexible with regard to extending the loan.
