★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabidka uctu banky je velice dobra, ale davam o dve hvezdicky mene kvuli neochote a odrzlych pracovniku pobocky.
The offer of a bank account is very good, but I give two stars less because of the reluctance and abusive employees of the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakladanie uctu cez internet len ak uz mate iny ucet. Diskriminacia napriklad studentov, ktory si zakladaju prvy ucet. Pripadne teda musite odhalit vas zmluvny vztah s inou bankou tretej strane - Fio banke.
Po spisani novej ziadosti o ucet s tym, ze Vam ju prinesie kurier, vas odmietnu s tym, ze uz mate podanu jednu ziadost. A tu vam uz nevybavia. Tak si mate ist na pobocku. Ceresnicka je ta, ze ziadnu pobocku v okoli nemame. :))))
VYBORNE sluzby! Ucet sa mi ani po tyzdni nepodarilo zalozit. A vlastne sa mi ani nepodari, lebo tu nemame pobocku :D
Tato banka nema zaujem o klienta - Takze NEDOPORUCUJEM

After writing a new account request with the courier bringing it to you, they will refuse to accept that you have already submitted one request. And they won't equip you anymore. So you go to the branch. Ceresnicka is that we have no branch in the neighborhood. :))))
VYBORNE sluzby! I couldn't open the account even after a week. And actually I can't even do it because we don't have a branch here: D
This bank is not interested in the client - So I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nejhorší banka. Když potřebujete něco vyřešit, nikdo se s vámi nebaví. Zažádáte si o něco v internet bankingu a ani po měsíci není žádost potvrzena. Tak voláte na infolinku, řeknou ať jdete na pobočku. Přijdete na pobočku a řeknou vám, ať to vyřešíte přes internet banking :D
Definitely the worst bank. When you need to solve something, no one talks to you. You request something in internet banking and even after a month the request is not confirmed. So you call the infoline, they'll say go to the branch. You will come to a branch and tell you to solve it via internet banking: D
