W	Will San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a ok experience even though it was very late in their working day and the guy was clearly dying to go home, which is reasonable on a stressing work environment as I imagine this is. Educated staff and English speaking, which helped me a lot. Bank is awesome.
J	Jan Dolezal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I like FIO bank in general, this branch is a complete disaster. There were 9 people in the line for cash and it went sooooo slow. Sometimes the cashier disappears into the back for 5mins, then they closed the counter for 10min altogether.

Closest Fio Bank to my house so unfortunately I have been forced to come here for the past 9 months, and each experience is just as horrible as the previous. I have witnessed and experienced first hand all the staff being extremely annoyed and rude to the customers, myself and others. Never had such poor bank service. The staff clearly are not satisfied with their jobs, and take it out on the customers.

One of the workers gave me an access to the girl with the same name as i have and had completely changed her bank details to mine. We have just the same names, neither id numbers nor addresses were the same but the worker didn’t care. And when I refused to sign the papers which had other person’s information on it, he simply deleted her data and replaced it with mine. I found it only after I came home because there was amount of money I should not supposed to have and I immediately contacted the bank. It caused me 2 weeks of complications and I guess for the person who’s account was given away as well. This bank is absolutely insecure and your account details can be easily accessible to others due to stuff’s attitude and unprofessional behavior. Be aware!
V	Victoria Nmk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FIO bank on Senavazne namesti in Prague is the worst bank i have ever had to deal with. A year ago I had to open a term deposit in foreign currency and asked the employee directly if this is for free, which he said it was for free looking into my eyes. Technically he didnt lie, because to open the account is free BUT to put money on the account costs certain % as well as to take it off. The price list was attached somewhere on their web site and i was not informed about it either. A year later i came to confirm the date for closing the account. 3 employees were chatting absolutely unwilling to waste their time on me, when i explained the situation they didnt even bother to look on my data/agreement just told me to close it any day i want which is AGAIN A LIE because a fine for closing the account not on the correct day results in fine equal to almost half of the deposited money. Agreed about the withdrawal with cashier/pokladnik , so waiting how it goes in a few days. Attitude is terrible. Employees not willing to speak English at all, treat customers without any respect. I DO NOT ADVICE THIS BANK.

This bank unlike some others accepted other than Czech phone number for verification. The only annoying thing was that Cashier opening hours do not match opening hours of the branch, so I attached a photo today.
