★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup zaměstnanců naprosto otřesný. Neochotní, arogantní a ještě tomu nerozumí. Naposled moje matka šla aktivovat kartu, protože v bankomatu to nešlo a mladý pán ji poslal pryč, že to musí udělat v novém internetovém bankovnictví, protože podle něj 1 karta = 1 účet?♀️. Nechápu co tam vůbec dělá.
 The attitude of employees is quite appalling. Reluctant, arrogant and not yet understanding. Last time my mother went to activate the card because it couldn't be done at the ATM and the young gentleman sent her away that she had to do it in the new internet banking, because he says 1 card = 1 account. I don't understand what he's doing there.
