Slušné jednání z klientem zaručeno. :) I'm glad my friend recommended this bank. Specifically at this branch there are always very friendly employees. Decent dealing with the client guaranteed. :)

Pobočka banky, která důvěru klientů svěřit finance této instituci, jistě nezvedá. I always carefully consider the need to visit this branch - a cheap environment, often not exactly helpful staff. The bank's branch, which entrusts clients' trust to the finances of this institution, certainly does not lift.

Jediný kdo tam tomu rozumí je ta starší paní, ale ta je tak arogantní, že se jí člověk radši vyhne. A ostatní mladí pro změnu kolikrát nechápou, co se po nich chce. I left this bank. Especially the staff at the Jihlava branch is a shock. The only one who understands this is the older lady, but she is so arrogant that you prefer to avoid her. And the other young people do not understand how many times they want to change.

Pokud ma klient poledni pauzu na obed ve stejny cas jako je poledni pauza pokladny, nema sanci si bezplatne vlozit penize na svuj ucet. Proc nemohou vzit platbu dve damy, ktere sedi za prepazkou a nemaji tam zadne klienty? I don't understand the cash register clock, which completely differs from the bank's opening hours. If the client has a lunch break at the same time as the cashier's lunch break, he has no chance to deposit money into his account free of charge. Why can't two ladies who sit behind the counter and have no clients there to pay?
T	Tomas Dasek (RADiOX) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, co předchozí recenzenti vidí tak moc negativního - já jsem s FIO bankou spokojen - a to samozřejmě jak celkově, tak i s jihlavskou pobočkou. Ono upřímně řečeno v podstatě tam ani chodit nepotřebuju, protože 99% věcí se dá jednoduše a pohodlně udělat přes internet. Ale ani při těch pár osobních návštěvách jsem rozhodně nikdy nezaznamenal žádnou neochotu - a už vůbec ne snad aroganci, jak tu někdo píše. A co se týče "laciného" vybavení ? Proboha, to je snad jenom správně, ne ? Banka, která má honosný několikapatrový barák v centru města, masivní stoly z ořechového dřeva a pohodlná, kůží čalouněná křesla, je získala jediným možným způsobem - z peněz klientů. Proto naopak oceňuji u FIO střídmost a úspornost. Kdo dokáže šetřit peníze sobě, dokáže to i klientům :-) I don't know what previous reviewers see so much negative - I'm satisfied with the FIO bank - and of course both in general and with the Jihlava branch. Honestly, I don't even need to go there, because 99% of things can be done easily and conveniently over the Internet. But even during those few personal visits, I certainly never noticed any reluctance - and certainly not arrogance, as someone here writes. And what about "cheap" equipment? God, that's just right, isn't it? The bank, which has a lavish multi-storey barracks in the city center, massive walnut tables and comfortable, leather-upholstered armchairs, has won them in the only way possible - with client money. That is why, on the contrary, I appreciate the FIO's sobriety and economy. Who can save money for himself, can do it for clients :-)
