★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S jednáním banky jsem byl spokojen. Ovšem pozor na fotografii, která se objevuje u banky. Banka se nachází na adrese správně uvedené, ovšem obrázek pochází asi z původního místa banky na jiné adrese.
I was satisfied with the Bank's conduct. But beware of the photo that appears at the bank. The bank is located at the correct address, but the image probably comes from the bank's original location at another address.

Pokud mám hodnotit vedoucího pobočky ve Svitavách p. Hniličku, pak jeho jednání je otřesné ! Jedete si vybrat vlastní peníze a on vám je prostě nedá! kretén! proto raději jezdím na jiné pobočky, kde s jednáním není nikdy problém.
The bank itself is great!
If I should evaluate the head of the branch in Svitavy Mr. Hnilička, then his behavior is appalling! You go pick your own money and he just won't give it to you! cretin! that's why I prefer to go to other branches where negotiations are never a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banka jako taková je super. Ovšem tamní přístup je katastrofální. Arogantní, nevysvětlí, tváří se, jako kdyby jste je obtěžovali. Budu raději dojíždět jinam.
The bank as such is great. But the approach there is catastrophic. Arrogant, they don't explain, they look like you're bothering them. I'd rather commute.
