★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedokážu posoudit kvalitu a sortiment hasičského zboží (kupoval jsem jen reklamní drobnost a tam to byla paráda), ale obchod je přehledně a pěkně vybaven s výborným přístupem personálu.
I can't judge the quality and assortment of firefighting goods (I only bought advertising items and it was great there), but the shop is well-arranged and nicely equipped with excellent staff attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zklamání s komunikací ceny služeb. Nechal jsem si naplnit hasicí přístroj. Ptal jsem se na cenu při předání přístroje k naplnění a nevěděli, protože to záleží na mnoha faktorech a cenu určí až technik. Po týdnu jsem volal, jak to vypadá. Tentokrat jsem hovořil s technikem a zase cenu nevěděl. Odpoledne jsem dostal zprávu, ze je naplnění přístroje hotové. A teprve při převzetí jsem se dozvěděl, ze to bude stát více než 600 Kč. Tedy cenu cca o 50 Kč nižší než je cena stejného nového přístroje na webu. Kvůli tomu jsem nemusel jet 2x do prodejny vzdálené 20 km daleko. Z pohledu Vyzbrojny to asi nebude vysoká cena, protože nové přístroje nabízí z cca 1200 Kč. Konkurence je ale jinde. Klíčové je, že kupujete službu, jejíž hodnotu se dozvíte až u placeni, a to i v případě, že se hodně ptáte. Škoda, prodejna jinak působí velmi dobrým dojmem.
Disappointment with service price communication. I had my fire extinguisher filled. I asked for the price when handing over the device to fill it and did not know, because it depends on many factors and the price is determined by the technician. After a week I called how it looked. This time I spoke to a technician and didn't know the price again. In the afternoon, I got the message that the machine was full. And only when I took over I learned that it would cost more than 600 CZK. So the price is about 50 CZK lower than the price of the same new device on the web. As a result, I didn't have to go twice to the store 20 km away. From the Arms point of view, it will probably not be a high price, because the new devices offer from about 1200 CZK. But competition is elsewhere. The key is that you buy a service whose value you will only learn when paid, even if you ask a lot. Damage, the shop otherwise has a very good impression.
