★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme velmi spokojeni s odborným výkladem pána, který nám vysvětlil rozdíly mezi krbovými kamny na trhu. Nakonec jsme si koupili kamna od německé firmy HARK. Cena se nám z prvu zdála větší, ale dnes investice do těchto kamen vůbec nelitujeme, naopak. Investice do kamen se nám vrací v malé spotřebě dřeva a čistým sklem. Kdokoliv k nám přijde na návštěvu, tak je z kamen nadšený. Chtěl bych tímto způsobem ještě jednou firmě FORTELL moc poděkovat.

We were very pleased with the expert interpretation of the gentleman who explained to us the differences between the stove in the market. Finally, we bought a stove from the German company HARK. The price seemed to us at first, but today we do not regret investing in these stoves, on the contrary. The investment in stoves returns in low wood consumption and clean glass. Whoever comes to visit us is excited about the stove. I would like to thank FORTELL once again in this way.

Ale nyní, když jsem potřeboval udělat servis, opotřebované díly na krbu vyměnit, provedli v požadovaném večerním čase a opět v perfektní kvalitě. A tak jsme připraveni na tuhou zimu, bez starosti. Děkuji.
I would like to thank the entire Fortell team, not just for the perfect delivery and installation made 8 years ago. But now that I needed to do the service, replace the worn parts on the fireplace, they performed at the required evening time and again in perfect quality.
