★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní, dříve jsem zkoušela cvičit a dost mne odrazovala přítomnost mužů, hlavně těch co tam trávili celé dny a “očumovali” ? tohle je fitko jen pro dámy, bez rozdílu věku, váhy a zdravotního stavu. Trenérky jsou velmi milé, věnují se Vám, pomohou, ukáží i opakovaně, nejde-li to najdou alternativní cvik. Já začala s tím že rozhodně nemohu nic zhubnout, ale chci zpevnit tělo a dostaly se mi rady jak na to. Lze zakoupit pernamentku buď na měsíc nebo na 10 vstupů za rozumnou cenu. Voda a sklenice jsou přímo v sále, není tedy nutné si nosit pití. Zakoupit lze iontový nápoj, po cvičení si dát třeba kávu. MOHU JEN DOPORUČIT.
Perfect, before, I tried to practice and I was rather discouraged by the presence of men, especially those who spent their days there and "pissed off" this is a gym just for ladies, regardless of age, weight and health. The trainers are very nice, they are dedicated to you, they will help, they will show you repeatedly, if they cannot find an alternative exercise. I started with that I definitely can't lose anything, but I want to solidify my body and get advice on how to do it. You can buy a season ticket for either a month or 10 entries at a reasonable price. Water and glasses are right in the room, so drinking is not necessary. I can buy an ionic drink, after a workout, I need a coffee. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND.
