★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FitMAMI je super cvičení maminek s dětmi venku. V zimě jsem chodila na indoor lekce a byly taky moc fajn. Navíc na lekcích vznikají skvělé party maminek - kamarádek, které pak spolu rády zajdou na kafe nebo kamkoliv jinam, protože mají společné zájmy.
A fitMAMI sportovní víkend jsou taky skvělé!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Fitmami jsem se dozvedeoa pres FB, myslela jsem si, to bude nejake cvicenicko s detickama.... omyl!! ? Misa mi dala pekne do tela, zatimco si mala hrala s ostatnima detma. Na prvnich hodinach jsem nebyla schopna plno cviku na ruce odcvicit. S malou chodime jednou tydne, ani ne po dvou mesicich cviceni na sobe citim velkou zmenu. Jsem celkove posilena a vetsinu cviku uz zvladnu, za to jsem nesmirne stastna!!! O bezvadny parte holek ani nemluvim, je to pro me vzdy prijemna hodina, kdy udelam neco pro sve telo i mysl a nemusim resit hlidani? Vsem cviceni s FitMAMI vrele doporucuji??????
 I found out about Fitm through FB, I thought it would be a kind of exercise with children .... a mistake !! ? Misa gave me a nice body while she played with the other children. For the first few hours, I was not able to practice my hands. We go with the little one once a week, not even after two months of exercise, I feel a big change. I am strengthened overall and I will manage most of the exercises, I am extremely happy for that !!! I'm not even talking about a perfect party of girls, it's always a nice time for me when I do something for my body and mind and I don't have to solve babysitting.
