★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smrad a hnus, ale vše, co člověk k tréninku potřebuje, je k dispozici, a to za 45 Kč. Pan Ježek je sympaťák a do posilovny nechodí žádní metrosexuální šampóni. Dokonce sem občas zavítají i odvážné dívky :)
 Stink and disgust, but everything you need for training is available for 45 CZK. Mr. Ježek is nice and there are no metrosexual shampoos in the gym. Even brave girls come here sometimes :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zázemí staré a trošku smradlavé, stroje taky nejsou v pořádku :-( Třeba stroje na přinožování a roznožování jsou chatrné, sedátka povolená běžecké pásy a rotopedy rozvrzané... Ale zase velký výběr strojů a činek, vstup 50kč :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Nemůžu vám slibit nic jiného než krev, pot a slzy." Klasická stará dobrá železárna ve sklepě. Dostatečné množství strojů, stojanů a činek, velmi nízká cena za vstup. Bohužel také špína, prach a horší zázemí (šatna, sPrchy, WC).
"I can't promise you anything but blood, sweat and tears." Classic good old ironworks in the basement. Sufficient number of machines, stands and dumbbells, very low price for entry. Unfortunately, also dirt, dust and worse facilities (cloakroom, showers, toilets).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fajn fitness kde Vás ostatní nesoudí za to co máte na sobě . Tady jde doopravdy o cvičení a ne o módní přehlídku jako v oxigenu , chodí sem normální lidé , kteří pomohou , poradí . Sám majitel je moc ochotný člověk , a vždy dokáže poradit co a jak cvičit .
Nice fitness where others do not judge you for what you are wearing. This is really about exercise and not an oxygen fashion show, normal people come here to help, advise. The owner himself is a very willing person, and can always advise what and how to train.

Je zde opravdu všechno, a dají se zde cvičit snad všechny svaly na těle.
Cena je super, a hraje zde i hudba (Naposledy rádio Kiss.)
Nejste nikým rušeni, a nikdo se zde nepředvádí. ?
Také vám zde poradí.
Je zde možné zakoupit i proteiny.
