★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha fajn. Obchod je maličký, ale s dostatkem zboží. Mají i zlevněné zboží, které je po expiraci. Na produktech nikde skoro nenajdete ceny. Možná jen na proteinech. Vyšší ceny.
 Service fine. The store is small, but with plenty of goods. They also have discounted goods that are after expiration. You can hardly find prices on products anywhere. Maybe just on proteins. Higher prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako internetový obchod je dobrý. Jako kamenná prodejna na nic. Z pěti návštěv co jsem tam byl, tak bylo zavřeno a to i přes to, že mělo být otevřeno. A né, nebyl jsem tam těsně před otevírací dobou a ani těsně před zavírací dobou. Byl jsem tam vždy v tu nejvhodnější dobu

I ordered 2 x MULTIMINERAL CHELATE 6! 90POCKET EXTRIFIT for 390 CZK, instead I received 2 x MAGNESIUM CHELATE 120 POCKET EXTRIFIT in the price of 349 CZK, no excuse, they did not return the difference, I do not recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejdříve na mě obchod zapůsobil dobře, ale dvakrát ze čtyř návštěv kamenné prodejny v otevírací době bylo zavřeno. Ať už to bylo půl hodiny před koncem otevírací doby během týdne nebo 45 minut po otevření v sobotu. Proto mi už za to nestojí cestovat patnáct minut tam a zpět, abych zjistila, jestli nakoupím to, co potřebuji.
At first, the store impressed me well, but twice out of four visits to the stone shop during opening hours were closed. Whether it was half an hour before the end of opening hours during the week or 45 minutes after opening on Saturday. That's why it's no longer worth it to travel back and forth for fifteen minutes to see if I can buy what I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V tomto obchodě nakupuju zhruba 6 let. Bylo to na doporučení kolegy závodníka z Opavy, který se divil, že i když jsem z OV obchod neznám… Přístup majitele/prodejce je absolutně perfektní. Vždycky se s ním domluvíte, co nemá, objedná nebo doporučí opravdu plnohodnotnou náhradu. Na cestu mi občas přibalí tyčinku nebo nějakou drobnost v rámci promo. Co se týká cen, pokud jste zaregistrováni, obchod dokáže cenou podlézt i třeba F-Sport (pokud se nepletu nejstarší a nejlevnější e-shop v ČR). Já už nekupuju jinde.
Co se týká nepřítomnosti, co tady psala slečna níže... Asi 2x se mi stalo, že obchod byl zavřený. ALE! Majitel byl vedle ve skladu, kde vybaloval zboží. Právě proto je na dveřích vypsaný telefonní kontakt velký jako kráva. Brnknul jsem mu a do 2 minut jsem nakupoval. Chce to jen používat hlavu. Poctivě si porovnejte e-shopy a uvidíte, jak vám to vychází. Za mě je to ten nejlepší obchod a máme štěstí, že v Ostravě aspoň něco máme. JEDNOZNAČNĚ DOPORUČUJU!
I have been shopping in this store for about 6 years. It was on the recommendation of a fellow competitor from Opava, who was surprised that even though I do not know the shop from the private ownership… The approach of the owner / seller is absolutely perfect. You will always agree with him what he does not have, will order or recommend a really full-fledged replacement. They sometimes pack a stick or a small item for me on the trip as part of the promo. As for prices, if you are registered, the store can also be subject to the price of, for example, F-Sport (if I am not mistaken for the oldest and cheapest e-shop in the Czech Republic). I don't buy anywhere else.
As for the absence, what the lady below wrote here ... About twice it happened to me that the store was closed. BUT! The owner was next to the warehouse, where he unpacked the goods. That's why the phone contact on the door is as big as a cow. I rang him and shopped in 2 minutes. He just wants to use his head. Compare e-shops honestly and see how it works for you. It's the best deal for me and we're lucky to have at least something in Ostrava. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala.jsem v tomto obchodě zboží pres internet, přišlo pouze potvrzení objednávky, ale jinak od té doby žádná komunikace. Obchod nereaguje na moje dotazy, takže pozor na tento obchod! Naštěstí jsem zadala platbu dobírkou, takže jsem o peníze nepřišla.
I ordered goods in this store over the Internet, only the order confirmation came, but otherwise no communication since then. The store does not respond to my questions, so watch out for this store! Fortunately, I made a cash on delivery payment, so I didn't lose the money.
