★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Prague for one month and this gym was perfect. It offers all the equipment you need, plus locker rooms (lock provided) and showers. The equipment is old but it is well maintained (as we noticed during the month we were here). The people that run place and the people that workout here are super cool. We don’t speak Czech but most people spoke a little English- enough to get by and feel a good sense of camaraderie. Love this place! Good prices for daily/monthly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun little old school gym to train on vacation. Only 120kr for a day pass and all the stuff you would expect at a bodybuilding/strength facility. Very friendly owner and not very crowded.

Daily price is cheap and the localisation is perfect.
The machines are old school but very good.
The bars are a bit old and hard to train with.
No sunlight in the gym.

They have special daily tariffs (120 Kč ~ 5 €) perfect of you are a tourist like me that wants to keep it up during your holidays. The tariff includes all access to the gym + a pad lock for the lockers.
It is distributed in two levels. The top one holding the cardio machines, the open weights area, the bench press. The second has all the other standard multifunction weights.
