★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and I can definitely say it is the best gym I have ever been to! Cardiozone is amazing, gives you the opportunity to see the world while running :)) always clean, air conditioning everywhere, separate stretching zone. Friendly and helpful english-speaking staff. The only thing that could be better is having a water cooler inside, although maybe none of the gyms in Prague have it, I am not sure. All in all, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatest gym I have experienced so far - it's a bit smaller, however equipped spectacularly. Plus they are continuously improving it (they added a "crossfit" room and an outside training place in the past year or so). Prices are regular. Attitude of the staff is not just polite, more like friendly, especially some coaches (looking at you ROMO). Also there are some massage programs, children corners, group trainings, ricochet room, projectors for running immersivity, you name it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym, people, atmosphere. You can do anything from powerlifting to yoga. There are all kinds of people and the vibe is very friendly and welcoming. Big but not in a soulless wellness center kind of way. Best of all they’re committed to improving all the time. Keep it up :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a tourist. One time entry to gym 9 euro. Sauna extra 10 euro. Less place but many equipments. If not on peak time, good value for money. When called on phone the recieptionist played a 'hello I can't hear you' game, perhaps due to English ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had the chance to work with Michaela Larvová who was my personal trainer during my short-term stay in Prague. I could see that Michaela took the preparation stage very seriously, each training was adapted to my level and skills (I has a specific request for cardio). Apart from being a solid sports professional, Michaela has a very sweet and understanding personality and was great fun to chat with. My Czech is still very basic, so we spoke English and Michaela adapted really fast. I highly recommend Michaela’s services to whoever needs a great motivational fitness trainer.
