D	David Bidlas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečně mě dneska rozcilila paní za pultem která neumí uvázat na přání květinu, dal jsem strop 600kc a ona tam nacpala hromadu zelenyho kolem, a květin minimum když jsem řekl že se mi to takhle nelíbí tak s květinami praštila o pult a zacla na mě arogantne že to Teda předěla! Za mě tohle květinářství šlo dolů od té doby co tam takhle paní pracuje. Už nikdy! J	Jan Ulbrych on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejdříve nás obě prodavačky za pultem ignorovaly, jelikož si povídaly s nějakým pánem, který teda rozhodně nebyl zákazník. Následně paní neuměla na kalkulačce spočítat tři částky dohromady. Cítila se dotčená, když jsem nelibě nesl informaci, že "kartou teda platit nemůžu". Bez vysvětlení, bez omluvy, jen s informací, že ona za to tedy vážně nemůže. Že si nedá pozor a zatímco jdu přes celý obchoďák vybrat peníze, tak mě pomlouvá, aniž by ji došlo, že tam celou dobu stojí moje snoubenka a poslouchá ji, také o něčem svědčí. To, že mi na závěr oznámila, že pokud bych chtěl účtenku, mohu se stavit zítra, už jen dokládalo její neschopnost. Druhá prodavačka celou dobu nedělala nic, takže vlastně nevím, proč tam byla. Opravdu tragédie. At first, both saleswomen behind the counter ignored us, as they were talking to a gentleman who was definitely not a customer. Subsequently, the lady could not calculate three amounts together on a calculator. She felt concerned when I was reluctant to carry the information that "I can't pay with a card". No explanation, no apology, just the information that she really isn't to blame. That she is not careful, and while I go through the whole mall to collect money, she slanders me, without realizing that my fiancée is standing there all the time and listening to her, also testifies to something. The fact that she finally informed me that if I wanted a receipt, I could stop by tomorrow, it only proved her incompetence. The other saleswoman didn't do anything the whole time, so I don't really know why she was there. Really a tragedy.
P	Petr Matoušek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Valentýna ceny napálený, to se dalo čekat. Ale očividně jim řezané květiny přemrzly. Do druhého dne lilie zhnědly a opadaly. Už si tady kytku nekoupím. On Valentine's Day prices burned, it was to be expected. But apparently the cut flowers froze them. By the next day, the lilies had turned brown and fell. I won't buy a flower here anymore.

A pauza 45 minut(jak jste si vyvěsily na mříž?)? Chtěla jsem uvázat tři kytice k 70 narozeninám. Dojela jsem si ke konkurenci, utratila dost peněz (které mohly být u vás) a vím, že k vám už jen ve fázi nejvyššího zoufalství (a to raději koupím hotovou kytku v Albertu). Jo, a příště si nechte od cesty ta moudra, co z vás padala o právu na pauzu. Tu vám nikdo neubírá. Dear ladies of the saleswoman from 22.4.2022. I understand that a lunch break is needed. But you don't have to go to it both together (then you don't have to close the deal). And a break of 45 minutes (how did you hang it on the grille?)? I wanted to tie three bouquets for my 70th birthday. I ran to the competition, spent a lot of money (which could have been with you) and I know that only in the phase of the highest despair (and I'd rather buy a ready-made flower in Alberta). Yeah, and next time, keep the wisdom that fell on you about the right to take a break. Nobody takes that from you.
